I was hesitant to leave this review initially hoping it was a one-time issue. A few weeks ago, I referred to Partner Agency from a friend and every time I call, the front desk is very friendly, but the agent is always busy. I have left multiple voicemails for the agent for quotes and each time, they promise to get back to me and I never hear back. I'm not sure what is going on since my friend said this was not an issue before. I asked my friend to call the directly and she has been having the same experience as well.
