DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady that did my pedicure cut the sides of my toe nails so short and cut my skin off that it started bleeding. It hurt so bad. She was on the phone the whole time and the paint my nails had jagged edges. When she finished, she didn't instruct me to do anything and just packed up and left to another chair to talk on the phone and take pictures of herself. I was really confused if I was done or not. My boyfriend had to carefully put my slippers back on my feet to make sure the paint didn't get ruined (usually the person doing the service would do this). We went to the front to pay, and she just told us $45 but typed in $46 on the machine. Terrible service read more

Stop going to this nail shop . It's bad enough that they do not keep up with the nail industry for designs and powder work . Everyone is old and slow and need glasses to do the work. They literally destroyed my nails - I left before they could do anymore damage. Do NOT go here. 1star average for a reason. I went in for a simple gel manicure w/ a gel removal beforehand. The woman drilled the gel off my nails and when I told her that she was digging too deep and asked her soak the nails instead, she just kept on drilling. I left before anything else could be done. I was a walk-in today Tuesday Nov 9 at around 10:45am. When I walked in, the employees seemed scared because of a big black woman coming into their business. They were non-communicative and some what nervous. But I'm use to it! And I like that! I'm in control. (My Dave Chappell voice) lol lol lol. Anyways, The gentleman that took care of me (see pic) performed an excellent job considering I have NOT been to get a pedicure in decades literally. I got the "Indulgence Pedicure" for $50. He was professional, gentle and respectful. He spoiled me! I appreciated him telling me the next step he will do. I am very satisfied with the work performed and will be back next month for my pedicure to pamper myself because I need it! I enjoyed my time here. Very friendly customer service! Just make sure to bring cash incase because sometimes the machine breaks for cards. The prices are responsable and really nice! I had recommend Jenny, and Amber. I forgot the other persons name but she's an older lady and is nearby the entrance. She's very delicate and very nice. They are somewhat sanitary. Needing a fill after 5 days is nasty work . I came in here last week on Wednesday to get my nails done today is Friday and 3 nails lifted and popped right off . I'm very disappointed cause this never happens to me . The customer service was pretty decent . My daughter was very excited to get her toes done for our Hawaii trip. The manicure and pedicure lady convinced me to get her gel tips cus they last longer. So I did. All together it was about $80. $120 with tip! My gel pedicure, her gel manicure and normal pedicure. First day on vacation her manicure completely came off and she was so sad about it. I told her they will fix it for free when we came back. 6 days later we came back. Come to find out they were rude, didn't believe me until I showed them pictures that we were seriously just here. They told me they would re-do my daughter's nails for free and she was super excited but come to find out they charged me when we were done. I didn't want to show my daughter that they charged again. I gave them my card and the lady said no card because they already counted out their till. I said I didn't have cash and she yelled ATM. I told her i only had my credit card and she yelled and yelled again. I had to call my husband at home with my son and they drove to bring me cash. I will never come back ever again they were the worst. I never write reviews unless the business is horrible and they are the worst. 0 stars. Why did I even have to give 1 star. I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt coming in here. First time I came here, I got a pedicure and the older lady that did my pedi did not wear gloves during my service & it just grossed me out since she had long acrylic nails & I could see that lotion & other things were going under her nails. Imagine what else goes underneath them things throughout the day! Anyways, she put on a THICK coat of nail polish on & I waited 30 mins for my nails to dry before leaving. When I get home, the toe nail polish had not fully dried & made an indentation from the socks I was wearing! The 2nd time I came around, the same lady did my toe nails... i figured okay. Maybe she's gotten better with her skills & she can apply nail polish correctly. I WAS WRONG! Again, she applied a thick layer & this time I spoke up. There was a language barrier and completely confused on what to do. At this point, I'm like forget it. I won't be coming back here ... TOE FUNGUS! I want to start this review by saying that I typically do my own nails and toes. However, I was in the mall shopping on my day off and decided to pop in for a pedicure. I got the most expensive pedi and tipped very well since the lady did a good job. I paid for the service with my bank card and tipped in cash. There was a guy that came to paint my nails (and clean up with that little pointy, crusty nail of his *gross). He took my payment and took some of the cash tip and put it in his pocket! I spent about eighty five bucks there. A few weeks later, I'm taking off my nail polish and notice my left big toe is discolored and appears to me lifting in the left, top corner. I've never had a toe fungus. So, I did some research and my toe looked EXACTLY like the pictures I came across during my research. I am truly disgusted. Went here with my daughter and who is home from college for the weekend. It's her birthday week and so she wanted to get her nails done. I went for the first time to get a manicure and pedicure. My manicure was done by young kid, my pedicure by older gentleman. not even 2 days later my gel manicure started chipping and lifting. I went back to get them fixed and they wanted to charge me $15, $5 per nail and to say it was my fault because I washed my hands too much. First of all I've gone to other nail shops and I wash my hands very often and they've never chipped. I will never go back to them ever nor would I recommend at all. DO. NOT. GO. HERE!!! I went in and asked for a pedicure. The prices were not bad. They have three choices. I opted for the less expensive of 30 dollars with gel polish. The pedicure was ok. The water was cold. The chairs seem old. A lady that worked there sat next to me in a pedicure chair eating carrots and peanut better... odd mixture but even more odd that she was eating right there, not only in the service area of the salon but didn't even sanitize the area. A customer came in and sat at that chair. Like a fool I asked if I can get the color as a gel manicure too. WORST IDEA EVER! I sat at the nail station by the entrance to the back, where I was blessed with the opportunity to sit there and listen to a little boy screaming every few minutes and yelling at his (I kid you not) video game. I'm sitting there then all of a sudden a scream that makes me jump. It happened like ten times. It was so annoying. No one told the kid to stop. No one closed the door to the room. The manicurist that did my nails had an expired cosmetology license. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I don't work in a salon but even I have never let my license expire and I've had it since 2009. The lady kept asking if I wanted to cut my long natural nails. She left the old polish all over my hands and wore gloves when she polished them and messed up my nail polish trying to take off the mistakes she made. Also the bowl that my hands soaked in was dirty and I had black stuff all over my nails. WORST experience at any salon ever. Costed 75 dollars for everything. I will pay more somewhere else next time. The nail clippers the manicurist used was rusted. When she massaged my hands for like less than one minute with only cuticle oil and no lotion I didn't even care cuz I just wanted to leave. I have a friend that goes there so I thought it would be a good experience but I have no idea why she goes there. Okay so I read the reviews and it sounded like a horrible place! But I tried it anyway! My nails came out beautifully! I got acrylic gel set. Ask for Tom he is younger man and does great job. I showed him a picture and made sure he understood what I didn't want. Very patient and attentive. I will def come back here again. Not even sure where to begin with this review... Let's just say I will not be going back, and I'll be spending my money elsewhere. I came here with my friends back in January, and we got our nails done here... $25 seemed pretty great, so we thought, why not? Worst decision ever. The nail tech wasn't talkative and just kept staring at me the whole time she did my nails, which was a little concerning and probably part of the reason the whole set of acrylics was crooked. I would ask her a question or answer her question, and she would respond or chuckle with the nail tech at the other table, in her language... Rude. I don't mind people speaking in their native language, but please don't do it when you know I probably don't speak it. This place is unsanitary as well... The nail Dremel wasn't clean, and you could see nail dust from however many people which was disgusting. The paint job was also terrible. She missed the sides and the front, as well as smudged the polish, but refused to fix it... At this time, March 9, 2020, I have to wait several months before I'm able to get another set because she sanded my nails down so thin and my nails would probably tear if I got another set. I definitely do NOT recommend this salon for more reasons than one. I made the mistake of not Yelping it before going... Don't make the same mistake. I do like giving businesses a second or even third chance, but this one I have to let go of. It's convenient since it's in the mall but by the same token, once you enter it's like playing russian roulette. Except in this case, instead of one bullet in the chamber you get one empty chamber with the rest filled with bullets putting your odds for a crappy experience at a high likelihood. Although you know you'll get your nails done, there's no guarantee that it'll be done well. I usually like gel nails since they last longer but some of the nail technicians do a rather shoddy job where bubbles and peeling happen in a few days, while others do really well. I also question how sanitary their tools are. It's very hit and miss...heavy on the miss, light on the hit if you know what I mean. So now I'll have to resort to finding another nail place that is a little more consistent with customer service and nail work. read more

I was somewhat satisfied with how the design turned out on my nails. Can't say the same about my pedicure. It looks terrible. AND I was charged extra because he didn't make sure the UV light turned on, so when he wiped down, half the design came off and he had to re-do it. His mistake, but I had to pay. A week and a half later, half of my nails are lifting. If you're thinking of going here, don't. Spend your money elsewhere. $105 for something that only lasted a week and a half + a hideous pedicure. I don't know why, but my girlfriend keeps coming here, and she always has a gripe after the fact. The lady that normally does her nails, I'm not sure... her salon burned down or a car ran into it. Some absurd story. So I think she come only for convenience. Anyways, they always push her to buy gel and they are never polite to her. They're really pushy on the gel. And there always seems to be that one nail the break off. I kid you not, she picked up a candle in target and the damn thing cracked in half like nothing! She went and spoke to someone in the salon and the woman could not have cared less. If you are in need of a desperate nail fix, this is probably your go-to as they are opened until the mall closes. However, their service really sucks! I tried them once for a gel mani and it was okay - color lasted for a good week until chipping and lifting when other places usually last me a good two weeks. Then, I tried them for a full set - one nail popped off within two days! Went back to get it fixed (although they did it and complained a bit in their language) it was a half fast job where the nail was definitely longer and did not match my other index finger, thicker, and lumpy. I never realized how early nail salons tended to close on weekends. I was in a desperate need to get a pedi done and it was five minutes after seven on Saturday night. All my favorite salons closed at seven and my grumpy mood just seemed to inflate by the seconds. After a miniature melt down I found myself at Solano Mall and directly in front of OPL from walking in from the parking lot. Place was slighty busy, I've never been here before, and my puppies needed a tender loving hand desperately. So I walked in without hesitation. Actually, I nearly power walked it to the front doors. I chose the regular pedicure with a cute tint of pink. One thing I noticed in the water was that the lady didn't put any powder in for my feel to soak in. After her attention to detail on my cuticles I asked if she can file the tops of my nails for them to me even. My miniature getaway from a hellofva days work lasted about twenty minutes. I probably wont come back because I now have a better grasp on business hours of my favorite salons. I forgot how poor their work is here. I haven't had a full set in a year now and decided to go against my best judgement and go with a full set, rather than gel nails like I originally wanted. The acrylic is starting to pull from my natural nails and both of the white tips on my ring fingers are crooked (keep in mind, I just got these done on 10/22).
