Most expensive and worst haircut I have ever had…read more First visit to only Barber in Keyser, June 6 at 6:00 pm. I gave the man very explicit instructions to just trim hair and beard. The seat does not face mirror so you dont know what he is doing (I should have known then). He did a fine job on the hair, then whippes out an electric cutter and shaves 3 inches! off the beard. He did not listen to a single thing I said to him... While cutting he mentioned that real estate was his focus and this was just a side job. And I would agree, no thought spent on what he was doing, no listening to what I asked for, just cut away. I was so shocked I did not say anything to him immediatly, could not believe what he had done. The office phone is not answered or allow you to leave a message, I have sent two emails requesting a refund, to no reply. It took months to grow, and he just cut it off. Most expensive and worst haircut I have ever had.
