Cute store , nice selection of clothes, costume jewelry, home goods . Please tell your snooty employees to greet their customers. I don't expect any grand gestures, but a "welcome" or "hello" would be nice . The brunette employee was so unfriendly, unwelcoming today. This is my new favorite store! I recently went to a local mall and felt so defeated. I told my husband that I could not relate with the clothing out there anymore (for reference, I'm late 30s). Even from some of my favorite stores, I could not find anything I liked. Enter OPT! Finally a store that does not only have crop tops! The clothing in there is so cute! I ended up buying a few different sweaters...some of the softest ones ever! I came home telling my husband how happy I was to find a clothing store that I liked again! I love that OPT also has home goods and cute things for gifts. It is difficult to find parking in the center. I went on the weekend so I am not sure about weekdays. There are a few popular restaurants in the same center so it brings in the crowds. Can't wait to come shop again! read more

I love this little store. I work nearby and come in while waiting on my lunch order from JANS. Every time I've come in, the staff aren't rude as stated in the other comments. They offer to start a fitting room when they see your pile on your arm starting to build up. This store has the cutest home items also. The vibe is very neutral home decor. I prefer it from the other NRFB a couple doors away, that one is more geared to the younger teens. read more

They wouldn't let me in without a mask, I asked if I could have a disposable one because I forgot mine. I was ready to shop, I just forgot a mask that day. I called later and asked for a manager, the manager said she works for corporate and they won't provide masks for shoppers that forgot one. read more

To the store owner: I stopped by your shop last night to buy some clothes for going out this weekend. Upon entering, a girl yelled, "We're closing in a few minutes!" I looked at my watch and it appeared I had 10 minutes to browse through the store. As I walked through and looked at items, a young girl with long, dark hair followed right behind me frantically spacing hangers even though I wasn't messing anything up. It was clear she wanted me to get out immediately so she could close the shop and go home. I asked her what time the shop opened today and she told me "10 am". I advised her I would come back in the morning because it was apparent she wanted me out of the store and she just looked at me and didn't reply. I probably won't be back anytime soon because I don't want to experience that treatment again even though I've consistently shopped at your store in the past and love what you have to offer. I wasn't going to write a review, but if I were a store owner, I would want to know if I was losing a sale due to employees pushing my customers out the door before the actual close time. To anyone else reading this review: I've never experienced this in the past and the store has cute clothes and pretty home items. read more

This is a fun little shop to browse through. Cute gifts and things are always changing so I love to come in and browse. Staff has always been helpful but they don't bug you. They have a great return policy which is very unusual in this type of boutique. read more

I stopped at a couple spots in this plaza while my photos were being printed - OPT being one of them. The shop was a lot cleaner and had a much better selection of apparel than the other shop, but I'm seeing a common issue. The staff is so unfriendly and unwelcoming, it's insane! I had been in the store for 10 min and no one said hi - I was the only customer. They were talking about gynecologists so they couldn't be bothered with me. I was holding a pair of pants and one girl finally asked if I needed a dressing room. I looked around the store more, even up around the counter - in front of 3 girls who worked there - and not one asked "can I help you find something?" Or even a hello. So off putting. I grabbed 2 other items to try on and when I approached the brunette girl who took the pants to the dressing room, she intentionally didn't want to help and walked right by me. Another girl at the register saw me standing there and asked if I needed a dressing room as if I was bothering her. After trying them on, I realized I didn't want to spend any money there. I walked out and noticed a table with some cute homewares. I picked up a candle to smell it and immediately another girl comes over and is restocking the table - doesn't say excuse me or anything. Staff needs to be training on customer service. I'll never go back and do not recommend. read more
