Fast forward - I go in and drop my sunglasses off because they said they can help me! The little knob slipped off of the nose piece - said it was a quick fix and within 15 minutes I was already back in with a fixed pair of sunglasses! They said no charge because it was such an easy fix and I just think that's such an example of great business and them not taking advantage of customers... As a new patient, I had to fill out a short paper intake form. There were two patients ahead of me and I was called in to see the doctor about twenty five minutes after I arrived. Doctor Sindhu is very kind and friendly. He cleaned off the assessment machine before I sat down. He was pretty efficient and answered all my questions. After he dilated my pupils, I had to wait 20-25 minutes for the final exam during which time, he attended to another patient. The wait was a bit longer than I would've preferred but not too bad. The office itself is small with no frills. There's seating for ten people and a restroom. No fancy decor but it was clean and neat. There is only one examination room. They sell glasses frames in the office. Their selection seemed a bit small but they have all the major styles. Great option for eye care in the neighborhood!
