Now You, Ms. PA Tracy is going to tell me an EKG is useless? Also, if an EKG is USELESS, then why is it the FIRST TEST done when anyone comes into an ER with ANY blood pressure, heart rate or chest pain???? If they are worthless??? I worked in the ER performing EKG's for over 20 years..they are Extremely important!! Dr. Ortenberg is I believe a good Dr. And his office staff including his MA is very nice (except I should have been told that I could not see the Dr....it was a total waste of MY time and Energy, as I am still recovering from a major surgery with complications). I have to say, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. The facility is very nice and absolutely spotless! It runs like a well oiled machine! I commented to the doctor on staff when I was sitting in his office that had a major leaky emergency exit door in it. He said "its a old building", and went about business. While laying face down getting treated, a rat ran across the room. I got up and left, didn't finish the treatment, and requested to be seen by a different provider. Now I'm going through the settlement phase of my claim, and thy hit me a $925.00 bill but they will only charge me half. Half price on treatment that wasn't finished.
