All your info is on the computer... even though I hadn't seen Dr. Cohen for 18 months (my fault, insurance issues), he was familiar with my case, and we were able to pick up where we left off. -Like a good auto mechanic, he only recommended diagnostic testing that he really felt I needed, and excluded anything I didn't. Though my visit was for a different reason, I happened to mention my desire to wean myself off of Prilosec while managing my persistent heartburn [I suppose I don't mind revealing THAT about my medical history], and he provided valuable advice. -A consummate professional. You just know he's doing his best for his patients. No references or word-of-mouth brought me to Dr. Cohen... I just stumbled upon him when searching for a doctor. But I'm certainly glad I did.

I asked if he would flush my clogged ear he said no buy OTC medication and try it at home because that procedure takes 1/2 an hour (I know it only takes 5 minutes) or choice #2 I can call and make another appointment to have it done (my copay would be another 20.00) all in all, it was still a good visit, plus I lost 2 lbs! Lol

I see many bottles polish separate every time I come in. Which leads me to #2. 2. My gels or regular polish NEVER last. The gel chips and the regular polish will chip as well. 3. Some of the nail techs PRETEND to understand you. Spanish is my first language so I get it. There has been times when I've asked the nail tech an open ended question and they would pretend to understand me with a yes response. It's rude. If you don't understand, just say you don't. They're prices are reasonable and SOME of the nail techs are very kind and work hard. But I'm not sure the people who work there are happy or getting paid fairly. Most of them seem miserable to be there and it shows through their massages. I've been there over 100 times since I have lived in Cheshire and I finally think I'm done. To be honest, I only go there because they are usually the only ones that have walk in availability.

i hate to leave a negative review but paradise is so incredibly underwhelming that i feel it's just…read moreright to warn people. i do my own and other people's nails (gel and gel x) so im very familiar with proper gel techniques and nail hygiene. i come to paradise for pedicures and i can't help but notice every single time the nail techs fail to properly prepare my nails for gel and their gel application is incorrect. layers of polish are way too thick, improperly cured, and worst of all THEY CUT YOUR CORNERS!! cutting corners of the big toe is super common in salons but i specifically asked them not to as it creates a big risk of ingrowns or impaction on the big toe. super painful and unhygienic. my tech did it anyways. i was also not exactly impressed with the massage or scrub. it seems like paradise just wants you in and out as fast as possible. i wouldn't recommend paradise for pedicures.
