I was getting "real" glasses for the first time. I had been wearing readers for years, but I…read moreFINALLY went to the eye doctor and found I had both close up and distance vision issues. Long story short - the doctors office, where I got my prescription made a HUGE error of entering my prescription into their system, so what printed out and was taken to Vision 4 Less was an erroneous prescription for me I had two pair of glasses made and could only see clearly out of my right eye. When I covered my left eye, I could see great! But, without covering my left eye, I was so dizzy with the wrong prescription, I thought I was having a stroke when I drove away. I turned around and the VERY professional and kind staff at Vision 4 Less rechecked everything. We determined that the prescription (in the left eye) was wrong and they gave me a note to take to my eye doctor for a recheck. Well, the eye doctor's office manager caught the mistake before I had to go in for a recheck. Someone erroneously entered a negative sign, which should have been positive. SO, I drove back to Vision 4 Less and they were waiting for me and treated me so well. What was a stressful situation was made pleasant due to the manager and staff at Vision 4 Less on McArthur Drive in Alexandria LA. I can't give a better rating. They are ALL so professional and good at what they do. Keep up the excellent work!!!

First let me start by saying the movers themselves were great. Dealing with the people in the…read moreoffice was another problem. I started calling at the beginning of the month because I knew it would be a long conversation with lots of questions and of course they maybe busy. I talked to the first lady told her the day and time which was either Friday or Saturday at noon too early to know the exact date yet but I wanted info. Was told either was fine. I called back about a week later with exact date and info. Took over a week to get back to me. Only to say they don't work on Saturday. This time it was a different lady who seemed to know more than the first. So I changed it to Friday. I had to set a date because I would only be in town for a few days. The set day was approaching quickly and I may not get to talk to someone again at the current rate of contact. But it threw everything off my rental vehicle, the time I got it, the drive from Houston. It was all a mess at this point. To make matters worse. I originally wanted noon but with the new date and new person I was put down for 9am. I'm driving from Houston after a flight from Oregon so that wasn't gonna happen. I Called to tell them it needed to be noon but no one got back to me for days until I sent an email finally got a response, the day before the move, of "Sorry we start at 9am". Talked to a different lady in the office on the day of the move she said the same thing. It amazes me that the day of the move they are answering the phones! Usually it's just a person who has no answers and says we will call you back. We were the only people being moved that day but apparently they don't start later and it would cost extra now because of overtime! So my advice to anyone reading this is to look at the place you are moving to and see if you are in their moving zone. Chances are you will be so contact them. My cost ended up being 700 dollars or so more than we had expected. I can't say how stressful and annoying deal with this company was. It just can't be put into words. Best of luck.

I can't stand this place. I've attempted to buy shoes here twice and it's just so overwhelming and…read moreunorganized. They have a decent clearance section, but they take one of the shoes out. When you go check out they send someone to get the other shoe from the back. It took almost 20 minutes just to get the other shoe for two pairs I was buying.
