The only reason they got 1 star is because I had to! I'd rather burn all their equipment and throw the garbage in the yard of the ceo! SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am absolutely appalled by Suddenlink's immoral business practices and complete lack of customer support. I canceled our service and returned our equipment, in-person on the same day in August of 2019. They never closed my account and continued to bill me for services despite no services being rendered. I have reached out to to them three times during this time period, each interaction an hour or more to get to actual human being, being transferred from one department to another, until eventually you end up in India, with a person you can barely comprehend and has no actual authority to help you whatsoever, only to tell you you will receive a call back from a supervisor, which you will never receive. Until this day, they are still billing me in the matter, and of course, I refuse to continue paying, they are hurting my credit and owe me money!! Despite major effort to communicate this to them, I can't seem to get them to take responsibility and correct their error. I will be seeking legal representation and getting my attorney on this case. During Hurricane Laura, we were without service for 48 days. Called and also wrote a letter to them requesting recompense for lost service. I have auto billing and they never credited me nor replied. They owe me $184.58 Looks like I will need to contact my state representative to get their attention. If you can avoid contracting with them then do so. read more

If you call to cancel service, they use strong arm techniques to try to keep you as a client. When I refused the woman became increasingly hostile and I asked for her supervisor and she refused to connect me. I continued to explain that I did not want to hear any offers or sales pitches, I simply want my service disconnected. She continued to state that she had no choice but to say those things because she was in the retention department. It was insane. I hung up. read more

She scheduled a tech to come out. Husband stayed at home all day and no tech showed up. Unacceptable! For some reason suddenlink has a monopoly on WiFi in my area. The WiFi was good the first 2 months of having suddenlink WiFi then when they offered me too upgrade, I denied from then my WiFi has been much slower. I've complained and asked for assistance but the workers just shrug me off and nothing ever gets done. read more

Suddenlink is by far the worst internet service provider in the world. I'm pretty sure I could get a better internet connection using my phone as a hotspot.
