    "Concealed wiring

    I had optimum installed last year. The other day I got home and saw that a wire ion the side of my house had been severed. Followed the wire and found it was internet/ cable. It was easy because the installation was so bad the wires are just dangling off the house and in some parts lying on the ground. I called them immediately Sunday. And was told that 1) it's dangerous 2) my kids shouldn't be near it etc... and that the earliest appt was in five days In other words everyone I spoke to noted the dangers, were aware of the presence of children and did absolutely nothing to rectify it. I finally argued long enough to get some one to come in 2 days. I was told 11- 2 and my wife 2-5. So who knows when (or if) someone's coming at all. It took 6 hours on the phone to have someone come. And everyone of the people I had the displeasure of speaking with tried to sell me products. I learned a few basic points: - Optimum is terrible. Service, customer service. Safety you name it - optimum couldn't possibly haves cared less about the safety of my family or self. There is no one you can email to forge a complaint. No one is held responsible for anything. It's a gross company. I feel sick I even have to give 1 star. They don't deserve it

    Expensive bullcorn. The bill goes up and up and up and the quality of the service remains pretty awful. Don't bother.

    Sports package is $15. I wanted to add it. They told me I would have to rebundle and would cost $92. Ridiculous or what?

Sound suppressors have been installed and they help temper the noise. The limited wine list is well priced but unfortunately they were out of one of the two chardonnays (Bonanza) on the list. I ordered the other Chardonnay which was double the cost of the Bonanza (but still fairly priced for the quality) and it did not come out for 15 minutes. I alerted the waitress who stated that she was getting ice for it. The wine finally came with two chilled wine glasses (wrong) and it was warm. Strike two on the wine. Someone is not checking inventory. We got there as it opened at five. No excuse for not having a listed wine and then serving a warm $65 dollar bottle. Each plate of food was delivered in a staggered delivery about five to ten minutes apart. Food should come out at the same time to all customers. That's probably on the chef with the mercurial temperament. That being said; the food was very good. The chef can really cook but get there soon because he might not be there long. Four televisions the dining room is unnecessary and very distracting. Turn them off during service. I plan on going back for the good food but will bring my own wine. I got three different answers when I asked about a corkage fee; so I don't know what the corkage fee is. The owners are new and need time to adjust to the place. I see the place improving as the kinks are worked out.

    Hired LusoPro to clean our HVAC vents and they did a great job…read more The technition came on time and was friendly, patient, professional, and thorough. Showed me before/after pictures of the vents and they look so much better. More importantly, we were considering another company that wanted to charge us double LP's rate and said that we had mold throughout our system, which sounded alarmist. The LP technition confirmed that we have mold on our vent covers only and not in our entire system. A much cheaper price for better, honest service. Will use again.

    I can't believe I haven't reviewed these guys before…read more I first used them in 2023 after having some frustration with other companies to clean out the exhaust vent for my washer/dryer unit. The guy who came is named Vano. He was personable, considerate, warned me before he started to use the vaccuum ("I'm going to make noise!"), cleaned up after himself as well as dust that was on the floor, building up over the last year. He did the job well, and noticed that we do the laundry almost daily, so there's a rapid accumulation of garbage in the screen that catches all of the lint as the steam exits the exterior of our building... so he said that if we notice it getting clogged-up over the next 6 months, we can just call them to ask him to visit and clean the screen (it's very hard for us to access this screen safely) at NO CHARGE. That makes me feel like I would NEVER use another company for this service as long as these guys have Vano working for them. I am committed to these guys. They are simply 100% awesome.
