I was quoted a 5.5%interest rate for 0.898 points as of April 9, 2026, prior to authorizing a credit pull and submitting financial documents, which led me to proceed with the application. After review, despite no change in the information I provided, the rate increased. The Sales Manager later confirmed in writing that the original quote was not based on verified data and resulted from a human input error. This discrepancy raises concerns about the accuracy of initial rate quotes provided before credit authorization. read more
