PT spent her time eating granola bars and being on her computer, definitely not supervising the tech. A few times, I purposely did the exercise wrong and nobody corrected me. The tech was always working with multiple patients at a time. Another time, I was doing my exercise and I looked over and the tech was getting work done on herself by another therapist. Do yourself a favor and google search for a therapist who works on one patient at a time. And the front office staff is rude and inefficient.

Even though I explained I did not expect to use my insurance and would be paying cash, the receptionist proceeded to explain they could not accept acute Medicare patients due to liability. Which I explained my problem was chronic, not acute. Isn't every patient that goes to a Chiropractor acute? and if you are paying cash, whose going to find out? It's okay if you don't want to treat old people, just post it on your website and save us a lot of time and don't dance around it. I can't speak for their care as I never made it that far.
