They said they would not schedule me see anyone else as I was a patient of only this doctor who left, not of their clinic. Which to me did not make sense, they just throw customers of their clinic to the curb because a doctor left? I had this happen with a medical clinic and they just assigned me to another Physician. Next, they told me I could wait a few months as they were possibly getting a new doctor. They did not care that I was in pain. I no longer recommend this place to anyone.

You can't put a price tag on your health or a Dr that actually cares about your health, and fixes the issue vs throwing prescriptions at you! I can't say enough great things about DBC. And I will add that I LOVE that the Drs have enough commom sense to know that a mask isn't doing anything for you!

When you do repeated injections in the painful area and it doesn't help, he tries to shame you into continuing the injections anyway. If he had bothered to review my prior MRI or order a new MRI (and any good practitioner would have), he would have found that it was referred pain from a severe back problem that can't be fixed with injections and requires surgery. My advice is to try somewhere else that isn't just a needle-jockey mill.

Staff was very nice and checked to see how much longer before I would go into an exam room..said I was next. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I informed staff I was leaving. I heard them call my name as I was walking out the door but decided I didn't want to deal with the wait every time I needed to return. I'll be looking elsewhere.

Took the time to figure out what the issue is. Set me up with some exercises to try to eliminate the problem and a few appointments a week to help out. The other 2 workers there also seemed to be friendly as they were laughing with the other patients that were in there. A very comfortable feeling there. Unfortunately I have to go back there. But, at least I know it will be a decent place to go since I have to be there.
