Henry visited the house and provided a quote the same day I reached out to him. His prices were very reasonable and he booked in for the job a few days later. He was on time, friendly and professional. But how about the work you ask? It was fantastic. I have honestly in my entire life, never seen my parents patio area look so good. I made an appointment with them and they showed up almost 40 minutes too late. Upon arrival, the technician was completely nonchalant about his impunctuality and was rude to my wife. But it gets worse, the guy didn't even have the right tools with him because he thought we hired him to do pressure washing! When I repeatedly called the office, all I I got was their answering service. It literally took them almost a day and a half to call me back. When they actually did call me back, (I got some airhead girl on the phone that didn't know anything about the business,) all they offered me was a measly 5% discount and a voucher to get my house sprayed for insects in the future. Are these people for real? What the heck does this have to do with my current problem? Absolutely unbelievable. I was left wondering who the heck was running this business.
