I have nothing but positive things to say about this location…read more I've had multiple appointments with different doctors here pre covid, I've gone to the urgent care during covid for an almost broken toe, I've done virtual visits through the virtual CareMount and all the doctors and staff have been so nice. During covid they've been very safe, keeping everyone social distanced and as less people as possible. Visits are easy, you make the call from your car while you're in the parking lot and wait to be called without having to be with a big crowd. Temperature checks and everyone is covered up and suited up. Love this Brewster location. Conveniently located.

I brought up that I would like to have a baby and I feel that this location was my reign of luck. Shortly after, I became pregnant. I saw many doctors and each one did not fall short of wonderful. The nurses were also absolutely amazing. Up to the day of having my baby everything was just wonderful. When it was time to be induced, I was met with wonderful ladies in labor and maternity. Toward the end of my visit, I was so sad to go because it felt like it became home for me and the nurses felt as though I had known them for so long. My daughter Alessandra had a rough first week and came back in to be put in the NICU for Jaundice treatment. The entire time, the nurses were very welcoming and supportive. My daughter as I write this is now 3 weeks old and doing absolutely amazing. She excels every single day and is growing beautiful and healthy. I couldn't thank the whole team enough. It actually makes me look forward to hopefully having another child in the future because I definitely will be coming here if I still live in the area! Thank you to the team at NYPH! You're all loved!

Security/welcoming committee at the door which sets one's mind at ease. Sanitize and mask up if you want. Masks right now are not mandatory, but most of the staff are wearing it. I'm grateful for that. The facility is clean, and each bed is sanitized between patients as I observed for two hours before my procedure. Staff at check-in are very pleasant and professional. They are following Covid protocol and there is glass between you and the intake when you arrive. Very smooth check-in process. THE AMBULATORY SURGERY: very clean Erika, Naomi, Josephine,Karen, and the OR nurses were really well suited for patient care. Efficient and pleasant, and they take the lead if you want to lighten up with a joke or two. A couple of people recognize me from my previous procedures and we're very encouraging knowing I was in a bit of discomfort. Got walked out to my car to make sure I was getting out safely. I'll be darned if she told me her name and it is slipping my mind, but she was very lovely. I'll be losing Dr.Rangavajjula the New Jersey St. Luke's system. If you are in need of a pain specialist, and you live in New Jersey or Pennsylvania, I encourage you to look him up. You will not find a finer medical professional. I was in labor for three days and stayed at the hospital for five and my husband and I still rave about how well we (plus our girl!) were treated. What a warm all-star team, from our midwife Linda to Katelyn our nurse and our OB Dr. Shaw, who made giving birth one of the biggest, coolest, bravest things I could do. I'd always heard that Northern Westchester has got a great labor and delivery dept but this went beyond anything I dreamed. Plus, the food is unreal. Feasting on salmon, chicken quesadillas, pancakes, and green smoothies pre and post-birth? Your own room? 24-hour nonstop help and advice? A first-time-parent's dream. 5 stars!!!!

I have never been one to like nursing homes, I've always felt that they could not take care of someone as well as family could, but I was pleasantly surprised and highly impressed by Waterview Hills. Read many great reviews on them on their website and the Dr reviews were no different. Very true to their reviews. Once I came into this office, the staff was very kind and quickly got me in to fill out paperwork and get me to my appointment. Despite being late, they took me in and made it work. Booking process was so easy. I went to the CareMount Medical website found my doctor and bam scheduled the next appointment available. I didn't have to book months in advance for this doctor so that was a plus. Caring staff, awesome doctors, great office. Glad to have found my PCP and hope to stay with them for a while.

First, they are almost impossible to get in touch with -- interminable hold times, and although you can request a call back when it's your turn, they almost never call back. Then when you finally do get them on the phone, they say they'll take care of your problem but never follow through. I've spent *countless* hours over six months trying to get them to fix an incorrect bill, which they acknowledge is incorrect and keep promising to send a revised claim to my insurer but they NEVER follow through. I've had to spend countless hours on this over the past six months having the same conversation over and over again with them, to no avail. It's like Groundhog Day. And all the while they keep bombarding me with past due notices. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I wanted to enroll in the portal so I can view my results, etc. As of today 12/17/24 I am still getting nowhere with accessing the portal. If I am having this many issues with this simple task, I pray I wont have issues with my bill.
