Everything is set up so perfectly and I'm always in the mood for yoga at her office. The environment is set up so perfectly for meditation. The essence in the air, the lighting and the infrared heating helps me perform well and I feel amazing after I leave her class. When I saw the Dr, she said "you were squeezed in to my schedule" today. Huh?!? I bet I was in the exam room with her for a total of 5-7 minutes. Based on research I recommended them and my parents have been delighted. Within 6 months, my wife and I had also joined the practice and couldn't be happier. I appreciate the wholistic/holistic approach they both take. Between the two of them, and their extensive history at Mayo Clinic, they run the gamut of incredible specialities and knowledge. They also have the best personal/bedside manner I have ever experienced. The end result is that this service is quite literally life-changing. Speaking personally, just as one example, the treatments suggested for chronic migraines I was experiencing involved both nutritional supplements and mild prescription meds based on my specific symptoms, along with some hormonal balancing. The result is that, within 6 months, I went from having 4+ migraines per month to having 0 migraines over the course of 4 months. That's just one example. Another example is how quickly each Doctor can pick up the phone and call any number of incredible specialists to get their clients in for appointments that would otherwise often have months-long waiting lists. Third example --earlier this year, my wife ended up in the ER in Sedona after a scary incident with her eye. Turned out everything was okay, but while in with the doctor, she called Dr. O'Neill so Dr. O'Neill could chat with the ER doctor. Dr O'Neill picked up immediately and had a phone consult right there. And this was over a holiday weekend. Google/online reviews are a strange thing to write. One is usually either trying to get across just how extraordinary a service/location is, or trying to warn everybody off. In this case, I'm worried that it's coming across as hyperbole. She discovered a cardiac issue getting slightly worse before my cardiac doctor at Mayo! And then she referred me back to him for further testing. Blood tests are done regularly in the comfort of your own home. Most visits can be done virtually if that is preferred. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring and does not hesitate to refer me to my regular doctors if necessary. She spends as much time with me as I need and answers all my questions and really stays on top of any medical issues. I LOVE having a physician who is also an integrative doctor. Her staff returns calls promptly with any of my concerns.

The only way I would go to her is if you have no medical issues and is white. It's hard to explain everything in one single post. But to start out being transparent I have a lot of medical issues. I just moved back into town and needed to establish care with a primary care and also refill my medications. Just a bridge until I can either get on insurance or have enough money to pay for especialists out of pocket. I take many medications including pain medications which she knew since the start of the visit. And instead of letting me know "I don't refill pain medications" not even bridge. She went on with the appointment. She belittled me she spoke down on me and stated at the end of the appointment that she would not be filling my pain medications at all. Which would've been fine I know some doctors do it and others don't but why couldn't she tell me that before charging me $200? Why couldn't she tell me that in a way where she wasn't belittling me and practically saying that all people who take pain medications are addicts by saying she would be happy to send me to a rehabilitation center. I then asked her if she would be able to give me a refund because I don't have a lot of money to be able to see her for nothing and another provider for my refills where she then grunted and said "you people" that is not my problem that's your problem. I then asked if there was a manager or someone else I could speak to as I couldn't believe my ears. I couldn't believe that a "medical professional" was speaking to me this way. She said I run this I'm above them but if you want to speak to a manager wait here" she then made me wait over an hour to then come in with the manager with a completely different tone then how she was speaking to me before and offered to either send me to the hospital or a rehabilitation center once again. But this time much less condescending. She even did a drug test on me where the medication that I clearly stated I was on came out which I'm not sure what her point was or if she thinks any person on pain medications is drug seeking and addicted to other drugs. I'm not sure. But I have major health issues where I've had major surgeries so no I'm not on it for fun or drug seeking. She's horrible. Little did she know I recorded both our conversations as soon as I Saw how she was speaking to me. My next step will be uploading them to every social media I can think of along with all her information. I will be putting reviews every place I can because if I could save one person from being treated how I was today that will be enough for me. It's one thing to not prescribe something you're not comfortable with and another to treat people who are on certain medications like literal trash.

The intake process is thorough, and resourceful at the same time. I recently had my first well-woman appointment with NP Allison Cimler, and she was incredible. She took her time with me and answered all of my questions. (Even though I could tell that she had a full schedule that day.) I was impressed that I was the only person in the waiting room before my appointment. And it was beautiful! My insurance is being a stinker, and trying to claim that Alium isn't in-network with them. But Alium is indeed in-network with most community plans. (And willing to do the backend work to communicate with your insurance.) So, if you are unsure whether they are in-network with your insurance, give them a call. Their admin is incredible...caring and very efficient!
