My thought was no just about my complaints, but rather that if someone with a serious condition got the same level of (sub par) treatment as I did, there might be serious consequences. When I reached out to the doctor, she told us to "just buy it over the counter because most insurances don't cover it." Insurance was never the issue!!! We simply wanted the prescription that THEY told us they were sending. When I asked what dosage is needed to take and what exactly to buy OTC, I received no response at all. My husband is 60 years old, 6'1, 195 pounds and 15% body fat, impeccable labs, great blood pressure and very low PSA lab because he takes HRT.
