I've personally seen them drive through the airport terminal while using their phones. Not keeping their eyes on the road. I've seen them tailgate people on the road. Also, commit rolling stops. Safety on the road is important. Especially when you have people's lives in your hands. The DOT should come and see how they operate.

I've tried and tried to use Ute cab for doctors appointments…read more For the most part all drivers but one have been super nice. I've scheduled pick up times a week ahead of time but every time they've been a minimum of 30 minutes late picking me up. Doctors won't let you be an hour late for appointments. Getting home was a bigger problem and bad joke. I waited on average of an hour to two for a pick up to get home. So if you have 8 hours to give up for a 5 minute appointment go ahead. If not walking would be faster. Serious nice doesn't get me where I need to be.
