Awful company. We chartered a mini coach for a clients wedding last May. It was an absolute…read moredisaster! First of all, I tried to reconfirm the day before with the driver to make sure everything was good. When I texted him, I was notified that he read the text, but he clearly ignored me and never actually did get back to me confirming everything. The day of the event, he did text me 20 minutes before the pick up time saying that the bus overheated and that he is going to be late. He actually ended up being over 30 minutes late. When he finally showed up, he was rude to the guests and was an absolute horrible driver. He ran through stop signs, hit many curbs, made other cars wait for him while driving up Main Street, etc. etc. The bus was also in horrible condition. There were no back shocks so it created tons of noise while driving. The bus was dirty and the AC didn't work very well. We tried to reach out to management of the company to see what they could do for us and of course, no response. I honestly can't believe this company is still in business. Maybe instead of spending money on all the billboards with the owners face, put that money toward maintenance/updated vehicles in their fleet and competent drivers. Wow!
