He has a warm personality, great technique, and applies just the right amount of pressure and tailors it to your specific needs. As a nurse, I have a lot of back pain and stiffness from manually moving patients around as well as computer work. He always starts off the session by asking if you have any specific areas of concerns or have begun any new medications or sustained any recent injuries to make sure a massage is safe for you at that time. I ask a TON of questions about why a specific area is causing me trouble and he always provides a thorough explanation about the muscle connections/insertion sites, etc., as well as recommendations for stretches that can help alleviate those trouble areas beyond your session. When I selected a deep tissue table massage, she showed me into a reasonably clean room where I undressed down to my underwear and slid face down on to the table, covered by a sheet. She came in and started roughly pressing my shoulders and back into the table with no oil. When she reached under the sheet to stretch my arm, my breast popped out and she flicked/tickled my nipple and started giggling. I was horrified! When I rose up from the table and asked her to stop and leave the room, all she could say was "U mad at me?"....OMG. I couldn't get dressed and get out fast enough. Luckily I hadn't paid, so I didn't have to ask for a refund. This place is a seedy unprofessional nightmare that needs to be shut TF down ASAP. DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!

Chris started by giving me a brief education about the structure of two groups of muscles I've been experiencing pain and lack of mobility. He spent extra time working on these areas during the session with massage and stretching and I felt immediate relief in areas of concern, as well as the rest of my body. While a few spots were painful while he was working on them, I have since felt relief and increased mobility during my workouts.
