Last month (August 13th), I chipped a small part of my lower tooth (tooth 26). Unfortunately, Dr. Gisele was out of the office, and there were no other dentists available until the weekend. Since I couldn't wait, I informed the receptionist that I would seek help elsewhere and went to Dr. Daniela Modesto, who did a flawless restoration. However, during my regular cleaning appointment today, September 27, the hygienist Eunice, who was always polite and professional, accidentally broke the restoration. While I understand it wasn't intentional, Dr. Gisele refused to fix the issue without charging me for the repair, which I found to be completely unacceptable, especially since the damage was caused by her staff. After more than 10 years of being a loyal patient, I expected better. Her refusal to take responsibility for her team's mistake is both unprofessional and, frankly, shows a lack of integrity. They also have a pediatric dentist and other specialists there. I had 2 root canals from years ago that started to bother me so I had Dr. Oliveira check and I ended up having to get 2 implants! I got them both done here, and had the best experience ever! I never felt one bit of pain, and both implants healed perfectly. I also had to get some more work done and did everything here. Dr. Oliveira also does Botox and Juvederm and she does an amazing job! Their prices are very competitive. I also come here every 6 months for a routine cleaning and I always go with Eunice. I have also been going to Eunice for my cleanings since they were at the old location, and in my opinion, she is the best hygienist here! She has gentle, light hands!
