I am updating my review for two reasons: I wanted to amend the name of my hygienist and I just had…read moredental implant for the first time. The name of my most capable hygienist is Sandi, not Cindy. Unkowingly I have been call her by the wrong name all these years. Sandi is very dexterous and thorough in cleaning my teeth. She is so experienced that she knows all about my teeth in and out. I know that I am in good hands caring for my teeth. You must ask for Sandi if you need to clean your teeth. As for Dr. Wasserlauf, I just had a tooth implant, for the first time under his care. He was amazing! While he was working on my tooth, I did not feel what was going on in my mouth. He prescribed pain medicine for me but I did not need it since there was no pain in my mouth after the surgery. Dr. Wasserlauf restored all my teeth to good condition that were very badly looked after by a dentist when I lived in Hong Kong. Without Dr' Wasserlauf's care I would have been wearing dentures at a young age. Dr. Wasserlauf is capable, conscientious and caring beyond monetary gain. Do not hesitate to visit Dr. Wasserlauf and/or Sandi for dental care. They are the best!

I was petrified and he put me at such ease . I can not recommend this office enough . The staff is just as exceptional as the dentist . It's such a rare thing to find a dentist I trust and feel comfortable with but they are the Diamond in the rough!!! Wish he was a general dentist because he would be mine . The doctor even called me the evening I got my tooth extracted to check in on me . You don't find doctors left alone dentists that have such compassion. They truly care about everyone that walks in the office and are not money hungry like most . Do yourself a favor and go see Dr.Wasserlauf you can thank me later

IF YOU ARE REFERRED HERE, STAY AWAY!…read more So disappointed :/ Came here in 2016 and it was amazing. the dentist was so nice and truely cared about my pain. today? NOOOOOO only person who actually cared about my pain was the beautiful black lady who was the receptionist. They took NO X-RAY. They gave me BARELY ANY NOVOCAIN. He used the topical and then gave the novocain 2 seconds later. ur supposed to wait for topical to work... then 10 min later, i thought i was numb and i was wrong. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. i was SCREAMING. there was sweat snot and tears rolling down my face. Last time i came, he stopped half way to give more novocain. this time he just wanted it over with. When it was pulled out it was the most pain of all. It didnt go away. Ive had 5 teeth pulled, this wasnt normal. The dentist disappeared the second my tooth was removed. The last thing he said was "you're pain meds you are prescribed will be enough for your pain". I am prescribed less than 30mg of methadone. its for addiction. im detoxing off of it. its not for pain. ITS RARELY USED FOR PAIN. he gave me no antibiotic, no motrin. nothing. the assistant was literally pushing me to the door trying to get me to leave. NOT ONLY THAT, THEY HAVE NO WHERE FOR YOU TO RINSE AFTER! THEY EXPECT YOU TO USE THE HALLWAY BATHROOM TO CLEAN YOURSELF UP! ALSO, JUST BECAUSE IM ON METHADONE MAINTENANCE DOESNT MEAN ITS A PAIN MED I CAN TAKE WHENEVER. METHADONE DOESNT MAKE YOU INHUMAN. YOU STILL FEEL EVERYTHING. I dont know what I did to make him act the way he did. and for them to not give a single prescription. or even do an x ray to make sure which tooth it really is. i told them i knew, but they have to make sure! currently trying to figure out how i report these monsters. They are a referral only place, although i was an emergency so they took me. and i should be grateful but even if you take someone last minute, they shouldnt be treated this way. THEY DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING NICE AND WORRY ABOUT YOUR PAIN. ITS REFERRALS ONLY. THEY DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT HOW GOOD THEY ARE. YOU ARE BASICALLY FORCED TO GO HERE BASED ON THE DENTISTS THEY WORK WITH. again, shout out to receptionist who was the only one who cared. she saw me in agony leaving and ALMOST asked if i was ok.. also, it didnt help that i was first told they were booked. but the whole time i was there, when they werent with me, they were all hanging out in another room where i can clearly hear what they were talking about. there was ONE other patient... i had to beg for them to take me and i still dont know why. they werent booked. while i was waiting for the numbing to work, i was listening to their conversations about how doctors and dentists dont use evicence based medicine to treat their patients and that "EVERYONE JUST DOES WHATEVER THE HELL THEY FEEL LIKE DOING". I was thinking to myself "i need to run" but i needed the tooth out. biggest regret this year was going to this place. a little bonus, I told the assistant I am considering dentures, and she told me if I get dentures, I wont be able to taste my food..... logic? where?

Staff and doctor all were very patient and comforting, helped to make me feel more at ease. The older lady at the front desk was a bit pushy at first but I just think it was because she had a waiting room full of incompetent patients where it sounded like none of them came prepared or had anything they were told to bring to the apt. Cant blame her..everyone has those kinds of days where nothing goes right. Thanks to dr. Rockoff and staff!

Dr. Fienberg and his staff have always been very professional and only do the work that is necessary. Two generations of my family, including myself and two daughters have been patients in his practice. I began seeing Dr Feinberg when he was still working out of his original office in Stratford with his father, who was also a great orthodontist. The orthodontic work that Dr. Feinberg completes is the most advanced and state of the art. He creates a personal plan for each individual patient outlining their course of treatment. The office is always extremely clean and is a very welcoming and comforting environment. Dr. Feinberg has created two beautiful smiles for my daughters and that has been the greatest gift. Thank you Dr Feinberg!

I had a terrible experience with Invisalign treatment leaving me with a very large overjet (akin to…read morebuck teeth). Aside from a bad cosmetic result, this left me unable to bite an apple, or a piece of pizza or a sandwich, etc. Everything just folds up under the front overjet. Salad tends to escape as you eat - very embarrassing. The dentist had also ground down a crown, leaving me with an upper tooth that needs to be raised with screws in my jaw, and a tendency to bite the inside of my cheek on that side. Dr. Feinberg is a great orthodontist. He is very professional, his staff is great, his office is modern and immaculate. He explains everything with a great deal of patience and professionalism. He has a lot of experience with Invisalign cases gone wrong ! He also has a wonderful reputation among his peers, which says a lot. I had gone for a second opinion on the advice of a friend who is also a Dentist and Dr. Bilous in Fairfield, another great orthodontist, assured me that his plan was exactly what was needed. She also see a lot of Invisalign cases gone wrong. The lesson is no one should be going to a dentist, even if they call themselves a cosmetic dentist, to have teeth moved. This should only be done by trained orthodontists.
