I want to express my gratitude for the successful tooth extraction I received, but unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. I had heard many positive reviews about this establishment, so I was surprised by how unwelcome I felt during my visit. From the start, the atmosphere was not what I had anticipated. The staff's tone with my ride was unkind when asking them to wait in the waiting area, and Dr. Kessler, while technically competent, was very monotone and didn't engage much beyond a brief greeting. Despite my visible anxiety, I didn't feel any support or care from the staff. Additionally, my appointment was scheduled for 10:45, but I wasn't seen until 12:30, which added to my discomfort. To top it off, I left without any prescribed medication for pain management, which was discouraging. While others have praised this practice for their welcoming nature, my experience was quite the opposite. I don't think I would return, as I felt less than human throughout the process. I chose them over dentists in Stamford and Greenwich due to pricing. They are not cheaper in equipment or less professional at all. They did a phenomenal job. I felt very comfortable the whole time before and after. I don't have much pain even hours after. I can tell the extraction went very smoothly. it s the morning after Dr. Emit Sood and his amazing team removed two roots and replaced the area with two implants. being the following morning, I had expected some pain- yet, I feel no pain. This office was one of three that I had met with as I was being very careful in deciding who I would allow to do this procedure. It became a no brainer that my choice would be Dr. Emit Sood that would handle such an important, in my opinion, procedure. From the first call to the office the staff was so kind and respectful and made me feel welcome. The best place ever! The receptionist are VERY friendly and are really there to make you feel comfortable. It was my first time coming there and my jaw was hurting everytime I ate. My regular dentist told me that it was my wisdom tooth bothering me and referred me to this wonderful place. When I finally met with the professional dentist he told me I had TMJ from the grinding of my teeth when I sleep, and that I didn't need to take my wisdom tooth out if I didn't want too. (I let him pull it anyways) I was done in no time ! I was really shocked. It was such a great experience that I'm EXCITED to get my last two wisdom teeth pulled by them again!
