I set an appointment ahead of time so when I arrived for the appointment I didn't have to wait too long to be seen which was nice. However, did take a minute after being seated in a private room to see the actual doctor. But I understood how busy it was. At the end of my exanimation, they told me I needed more work done. I needed three extractions and two fillings which I didn't deem unnecessary so I believed their diagnosis to be truthful. Plus they give you a receipt for your charges. And a free charge for your x-ray and exam. They set up my next appointment which was gonna be scheduled for the Oct 28th. My first appointment with them was on October 9th. I was a bit disappointed since the broken tooth I had was causing me a great deal of pain. The general manager there was very nice and helpful in letting me know if anyone else canceled they made sure to let me know so we could do the extractions sooner. Plus, the doctor who did my extractions was very nice and welcoming. She was very patient with me considering I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist. Luckily, I got a call two or three days after my first appointment saying they could take me in on Oct 11th. So I was very fortunate that someone canceled and how fast they reached out to me to book me on that day. My extractions were painless and not as scary as I thought it was gonna be. I met…read moreKarlie Dominguez upon entering the business and introduced myself to her among others as the "Dell Tech". Karlie showed me into a room and she brought in the computer and hooked up to monitor and keyboard and mouse. I proceeded to troubleshoot and also got on a support call. After driving to this site I was hoping to take a bathroom break and maybe get some coffee. I asked the ladies in billing if it was ok to go to breakroom and everyone was helpful and I got some coffee and went back to the computer and still waiting for support. I had another call come in and someone from AMSYS informed me that the client wanted me to leave and I have no idea why. While I was on the phone with both AMSYS and Jonathan M, Karlie came back into the room and demanded that I leave immediately. I grabbed my stuff and left. I did leave the computer probably finishing up. Karlie said I could be anybody like someone off the street. She treated me like a DOG. I never saw any patients and I was actively in this room doing my work. This was first time being kicked off a site in 25 years of performing onsite IT services. I am also a Navy Veteran.
