I wish the other employees outside of the massage room were quiet during the massage. I could hear their conversations while I was receiving my massage and feel that is disrespectful to the client receiving the massage. But that is my only complaint. No complaints about Karina and she was careful to take into account my sensitivity to smells and made sure to use products that were unscented. Plus she used lotion and not oil, so when leaving I didn't feel like I was covered in oil (I don't like that oily feeling). Her prices also can't be beat. Went in to get a massage with a coupon I had received for my birthday for a 90 min full body…read moremassage. When I arrived they told me they had new ownership and that the coupon was fake. They sat there and argued with eachother for 30 to 45 min and told me the old owners stole the money and I had to sue them with the phone number on my coupon. I told them it's not my fault they changed owners and if they want to make it right they will still accept the coupon. Finally they agreed to only give me a 1 hour massage I figured I would just take that instead of nothing. The massage was good she did focus on my areas that were hurting but when I left they told me if I could tip which I didn't like. With the name relax zone I really thought it would be a relaxing experience but it really was very awkward and uncomfortable.
