I based my 1st review off of my first visit with him, in which of course he tries to convince you that he can do the job. They ask you for a good review in exchange to be entered to win an electric toothbrush. I have 2 crowns that he did that are a hot mess and he will take no accountability for it at all. When I asked him if I could request redo of the crowns or contacting the lab, he straight up said "NO". You should not have to keep going back and forth doing multiple adjustments with crowns. Whatever is inconvenient for him he will not do but whatever is inconvenient for the patient he will be glad to do. This last visit with him was a mess. He seems to have amnesia about things that he says or what is happening. When i brought up things that was discussed at previous visit related to certain areas with the teeth, he apparently didn't remember or did not want to remember. He tells me " I wish I could feel what your feeling, because it looks fine" How about you take them back off and see what went wrong. That would have been a great start, rather than doing multiple adjustments on crowns and still having the same issue To second that I had an appointment scheduled on the 12th of July. I arrive and the office is closed. I was then scheduled for the 16th and went in. Dr. Jindia was sitting at the front desk, did not say a word and did not even recognize the fact that I showed up to an appointment that was scheduled and nobody was there. So he basically says he can't do anything for me after he has been paid in full. I went back to my endo, did a whole CT and the root canal looks awesome so there is nothing wrong there. During my first visit, they used advanced technology to examine my teeth, which made the experience much more comfortable compared to past dental visits. Because I needed more extensive care due to my lack of flossing, I had to schedule a separate appointment for a deep cleaning. That experience also went really well. The dentist was warm, reassuring, talked me through the process, and truly got down and dirty with my plaque haha. Overall, I felt cared for and comfortable throughout the process. Both my husband and I were asked to pay a $50 insurence "deposit" before standard cleanings. I have never been charged this so I contacted Delta Dental who explicitly confirmed to me that this is against their policy. Cleaning are always free - you should only pay deposits for other extra services after you get them. They also sneak in a $25 fluoride treatment without permission (which isn't covered by adult insurance). Fluoride is a treatment that legally requires patient permission. Even after explicitly declining it for my second visit and having it noted on my chart, they still billed me for it. Getting my refunds took weeks of annoying phone calls. On top of that, they never honored a promised $50 referral bonus, ghosting me whenever I brought it up. I won't be returning; a patient shouldn't have to constantly police their dentist's shady billing tactics.

Cavities that were not filled properly, crowns that were placed crooked with cement left all over my gums and much more. They never spent time looking into my issues. I recently had a cavity refilled that they originally filled. The cavity was already broken after less than 2 years and they did not take out the entire cavity. They left so much of it under the filling i almost needed a root canal. This is a terrible office where they barely care for your teeth. They are lazy and quick with everything that they do - cleanings, fillings, crown palcements. They care about getting as many patients in and out of their office, to make as much money as possible.
