I needed my photo taken to renew my Taiwanese Passport - and seriously, what a hassle. My ears are on the flatter side, and for Taiwanese Passport Photos, your ears MUST be visible. Ugh. Fine. So I came in here and told the staff member the requirements. He was so nice throughout the entire process. He was so patient with me and helped me think of ways to let my ears show more. Unfortunately, the photo was a no go for the passport so I need to think of other ways to let my ears show. What a joke right?! But that's no fault of PostalAnnex+. I thoroughly enjoyed the service I received here, and if I still had my photos, I'd ask to retake them. But alas, both were sent to my family in Taiwan and I don't have them anymore. This is my second time coming to this place, first time was in 2024 and now in 2026 I was so happy to find that it was still there and opened. Went in to do a Live Scan. The nice man that helped me was very polite and patient. Went over the process with me and explained everything. He was very gentle & kind when having to repeat my fingers due to the computer not reading correctly. I came to send a document through international mail and the gentleman over there suggested UPS is the fastest and has only pickup today(Saturday 04/03) and can reach my destination by Wednesday 04/08. Till now the document is still in transit. I wondered why then I saw the tracking I see that the package reached Anaheim 2 days after i dropped the package in Tustin. From Tustin to Anaheim 2 days wow I have no words. Clearly they did a bad job here. I am still waiting for my sensitive document to reach the destination. Never do business with them. read more

Above and beyond! I stopped into PostalAnnex+ as a first time customer a couple of weeks ago in order to ship a time sensitive package. I selected next day FedEx service. Through no fault of PostalAnnex+, FedEx did not deliver the next morning, as they should have. I called FedEx to inquire about some sort of a refund and was told it needed to be routed through PostalAnnex+. After calling PostalAnnex+ and explaining the situation, they were kind enough to credit me immediately instead of having me wait while they went through FedEx's process, which apparently could have taken 30-60 days to resolve. It's rare to receive this level of customer service nowadays- and I was incredibly appreciative. They'll now be my only stop for future shipping needs. read more

Pros: Helpful, knowledgeable staff Convenient locations Cost is higher than regular post office...but it's full service and they're nicer than the workers at the post office. Cons: Disorganized, messy Everything is dusty Not just this location, literally every postal annex I've been to. Maybe they're just too busy to clean and organize. This is not a business I have had any dealings with prior, instead, I happened to ship a package to a customer at this address, not realizing, they no longer accepted packaged here and had moved. Dhiren was amazing to say the least! He was very welcoming and makes you feel at home. I went to get a live scan and the jurisdiction I had to get prints for, was transmitting an error that wasn't on his end. Although he had multiple customers in need of assistance, he was able to multitask, take care of me and other customers and call the service providers to get everything solved. He even went to the extent to follow up with the providers once again, to retrieve a confirmation code and called me later that day after I was gone, to ensure I had it. This is the only place I have gone to to mail out any package over the past year, it's time I review them because every time I go, I'm greeted kindly, taken care of in a timely manner not rushed and leave thinking this is the best most relaxing little post office/mailing/shop ever! I have only worked with Justin as he has been there when I go, he's very professional and kind, and takes care of the shop/office so well. So convenient, and the prices are great when I mail stuff out. They're right smack in the middle of the Tustin marketplace so I can get my other errands done. Like I said if I can avoid the actual USPS office, then I will, and only come here to the postal annex from now on. Keep it up guys, we need more shops and good humans like you nowadays. read more
