Sent in online request for rain gutters over 2 areas of my house. On their website it says they do 5" and 6" rain gutters and I am already aware I need 6in. However, they respond stating from Chuck - via Jim Peterson - "I'm sorry but I do not have a 6-inch gun machine". Huh, your website says you do 6in so I ask for clarification. The response is " I apologize but that does not appear to be the case". So like going to a restaurant who has on their menu tri-tip but when I go to order, they say sorry, we don't serve tri-tip. Called to get a quote. The guy who answered said he wanted to come by the next day and to text him the address, so I did. Called in the morning to confirm, no answer. Called later in the day to follow up, no answer. Called THREE more times, left messages, no answer, no call back. No way to run a business. I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

Had nothing but problems with this company. Got an estimate and told the estimator (Jim) we had other projects that had to proceed this one. Best case scenario would be 4 weeks out. One week later, Kathy called to schdule install. Apparently, there is no communication between estimators and scheduler. I explained and said I was going to use them and would call them back when I was ready. When I did call to schedule, they couldn't find my paperwork. They asked for my estimator and the guy said it was good it was Jim because Jim is old school and keeps copies of his estimates. They eventually found the info and the install date was booked. On the day of the install, they called and said they couldn't make it because their van broke down. I was not happy about that but I understand these things happen. This is out of their control so I can't hold this against them. They said they could come out later that week- Wednesday or Thursday I believe. I was going out of town and asked if we could do the install the following Monday. The lady on the phone said she would check the schedule and get back to me. She never did. But, on that Monday, she did call me and said they can schedule the install for later that week. I asked if we could do the install the following Monday, which is my day off. She said yes and all was set. On that Monday (today), I called about 11am to ask what time the installers would arrive since I had other errands to run and I wanted to coordinate with them. After searching for awhile, they finally found my info. They said the install was scheduled for the following Monday. That was the last straw. I had to fix my foundation and keeping water away from the foundation is what I need to do. Rain gutters should not be this difficult to get installed. On top of that, it is now supposed to rain the next couple of days. These guys left me, ironically enough, "high and dry". read more

We had our new rain gutters installed about a month ago. Very easy process. Called and set up an appointment with Chuck. He came out to measure, talked about where to place the downspouts, gave an estimate with color samples to match trim and house color, which both matched perfectly (we with with white gutters and tuxedo down spouts). Great lifetime warranty. No long sales tactic. After agreeing to the job a few days later. The crew came out a week later and finished by the afternoon. Highly recommend. read more

I called them and and told them about it. Their response was awesome being it was like five months after the install. They came out immediately and fixed the issue. The lady who answers the phones Kathy was very odd and unprofessional. I had to repeat everything like 3 times at least. Then she asked my husbands name (not sure why that's relevant) when taking my info to schedule a quote. Then I had them scheduled to come out to provide estimate. That day she called to say "they can't do your house" I asked what? You never even came by? She replied your house is too big. We can't do the job. I said again, you did my neighbors house two doors down and his house is larger than mine! Then Chuck told me they won't do two story houses. I told Kathy my house was two story in the first conversation and she never told me anything about them "not doing two story houses bc my guys are old." They did my neighbors who was 2 story. Bottom like do not call them you will get attitude, run around and waste your time! read more

My rain gutters look "tight". I would highly recommend them. Sadly, I too had an appt. with Jim and he called 45 min. late to say he was on his way. Then he called again to say he went to the wrong address even though he had the correct one. Looking over his estimate and comparing it to others he over charged me 20 feet of down spout. Im assuming that's why he gave me a 15% discount. I called to rectify this mistake and have to wait until tomorrow for someone to address this. Carol couldn't answer for what happened. I do plan to see if this can be fixed. read more

Don't waste your time with these jokers. They were late arriving to give me an estimate. After spending nearly an hour at my home, they called two days later to say they wouldn't be able to complete the work. Apparently the work was too complicated for them, but they said they might be able to get to it the following summer. If this is their idea of customer service, I can only imagine what their work product is like. read more

Jim came out and gave a $1,000 estimate for replacing a section of our rain gutters, 3 downspouts and a small mitered corner. I felt that price was too high. Over the course of the next few weeks I negotiated a price over the phone finally agreeing to $650 with Chuck. I then spoke to Kathy on a Thursday morning asking for an appointment time for someone to come out and sign a contract so we could get started. I was told someone would call within the next 2 days. Nobody called. I left a message on Friday afternoon asking what happened? The following Monday morning Chuck called and claimed he came out to the house and knocked on the door and nobody answered. I was home both Thursday and Friday. We have a doorbell. Apparently, he didn't ring it. Chuck then balked at the need to sign a contract. He said he Emailed an estimate and that was enough. He said he was an honest man, which I have no reason to doubt. He also said he's never had a signed contract before. I replied that I have never had work done on the house WITHOUT a signed contract. It protects both parties. We went back and forth and when I realized he was not going to agree to a contract, I said forget doing the job. I refuse to have work done on the house without a signed contract. I wasted a lot of my time with this company. I therefore cannot recommend this company. read more
