My daughter turned 3 and we all know the attention span of a bunch of three year olds, on top of only having the party place for a limited amount of time. Katie was great through the entire booking process. She confirmed as soon as I booked as well as a few days before the party to go over any details or questions I had. We booked Cinderella and she arrived looking flawless. She was so great with the kids and was into character the entire time from conversations about the names of her mice, to her hand gestures. So this was a very confusing and negative experience. The packages are listed as "Activities include" but found out afterwards that those are just examples and the princess is just a "guest" that you would have to manage. There was no communication from the princess when they arrived about any planning so we paid for them to just sit at the table the majority of the time. We messaged the OC Royalty after in confusion and were told it was not their problem. That the princess was not the host. The website is confusing because it lists each package with more "activities" (which are just EXAMPLES) so we thought we would be getting more. That is NOT the case unless you plan it out. TLDR: Do not expect any "activities" to occur unless you are managing the person coming. They will not do anything unless they are told. Would not recommend this service. read more

The princess saved the day and kept all the kids entertained inside while it poured ! She was beyond incredible, told stories, did make up and taught the girls how the act like a princess. We hired OC Royalty for our daughter's 5th birthday and had Rapunzel and Flynn Rider surprise her and our guests. They both showed up together on time and were so much fun! They started with story time, and moved on to play hide and seek outside with Pascal.
