So this was a very confusing and negative experience. The packages are listed as "Activities include" but found out afterwards that those are just examples and the princess is just a "guest" that you would have to manage. There was no communication from the princess when they arrived about any planning so we paid for them to just sit at the table the majority of the time. We messaged the OC Royalty after in confusion and were told it was not their problem. That the princess was not the host. The website is confusing because it lists each package with more "activities" (which are just EXAMPLES) so we thought we would be getting more. That is NOT the case unless you plan it out. TLDR: Do not expect any "activities" to occur unless you are managing the person coming. They will not do anything unless they are told. Would not recommend this service. read more
