It was well within our budget and I liked Lexi and Elsa so much I didn't even care if it was more expensive (which I really don't think it is). It's 100% worth the price. This company does not disappoint! We went all out: 2 princesses for 2 hours. I do appreciate the flexibility in pricing to fit one's budget. My advice: definitely go for 2 hours. I thought everyone but my daughter would be over the princesses after an hour but all the guests were full on into the princesses from first hugs to final goodbyes! And the 2 hours flew by! I wish I could have booked them longer lol! I was also super impressed with how well our Anna and Elsa worked together. They seriously acted like they were real sisters and played off of each other super well! I was impressed because I hand picked the princesses from the company (yes, you can do that!) who I thought would work best as Anna and Elsa and it was incredible! Everyone I spoke with (Lexi, Amber, Kaylee) was professional, patient with all my questions, and all around friendly! Really good communication with clear and detailed processes, including text chats for day of coordination. I loved the small (but meaningful) personalized touches, like a magical phone call from the princess the night before the event and the thoughtful thank you card from the princess afterwards. My daughter was enamored by Queen Elsa (Kaylee) and so were all the guests (adults too). Kaylee was perfect as Elsa - with her flawless rendition of "Let it Go" and "Into the Unknown". Guests were shocked we weren't listening to a recording. And Kaylee stayed in character the whole time, was so gracious with everyone's requests for photos, and was just such a pleasant person. I was really happy with the quality of entertainment (magic show, face painting, dancing and singing with the kids, solo singing performances, coronation of the birthday girl, singing happy birthday together, photos with the guests). The call to our daughter the night before was an excellent bonus touch that added to the magic. Also, the party was on a day in Orange County that was over 90 degrees and humid the entire afternoon, and she handled it all in stride. My daughter and her friends were delighted by the activities, especially the face painting and dancing. She kept the girls so entertained, they barely noticed that all us parents were melting in the heat! Also, due to us getting an all ice cream cake our pickup time was a bit late, but our princess still handled the schedule wonderfully.
