This company does not disappoint! We went all out: 2 princesses for 2 hours. I do appreciate the flexibility in pricing to fit one's budget. My advice: definitely go for 2 hours. I thought everyone but my daughter would be over the princesses after an hour but all the guests were full on into the princesses from first hugs to final goodbyes! And the 2 hours flew by! I wish I could have booked them longer lol! I was also super impressed with how well our Anna and Elsa worked together. They seriously acted like they were real sisters and played off of each other super well! Everyone I spoke with (Lexi, Amber, Kaylee) was professional, patient with all my questions, and all around friendly! I loved the small (but meaningful) personalized touches, like a magical phone call from the princess the night before the event and the thoughtful thank you card from the princess afterwards. My daughter was enamored by Queen Elsa (Kaylee) and so were all the guests (adults too). Kaylee was perfect as Elsa - with her flawless rendition of "Let it Go" and "Into the Unknown". Guests were shocked we weren't listening to a recording. And Kaylee stayed in character the whole time, was so gracious with everyone's requests for photos, and was just such a pleasant person. I was really happy with the quality of entertainment (magic show, face painting, dancing and singing with the kids, solo singing performances, coronation of the birthday girl, singing happy birthday together, photos with the guests).
