Lindsey was so great at communicating with, despite me being a busy single Mom and taking a bit to reply. The whole team was so helpful and great to work with. We booked Blippi, which was not easy to find, and the actor was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to Joaquin!!! He called me the night before to get more information on Cali Rose, the b-day girl, and what was planned so he would deliver the best for us, as well as my request of letting me know when he was arriving to get video and pictures. Cali has albinism which makes it difficult for her to see and navigate in the sun and bright light, so Joaquin made sure to have her not facing the sun during the games or interacting. All of the kids loved having Joaquin there (even those that didn't know who Blippi was) and made my job of wondering how to entertain 12 kids for 3 hours much easier! We originally planned on 1.5 hours but, couldn't stop the fun so ended up extended it another 1.5 hours. Joaquin never stopped being Blippi for a minute and entertaining the kids. He made sure to focus on Cali Rose but also included all of her friends and family. With Cali Rose and her family being bilingual (English and Spanish) it was an amazing surprise to learn he knew some of the traditional birthday songs for the Piñata and Happy Birthday! Cali Rose, her family and friends kids have not stopped talking about and dancing to the songs at the party since! We truly were blessed to find The Princess Party with a great team of admins and actors! Book your next party with them, you will NOT be disappointed!

Their interactions with the children were so incredibly sweet, patient, and magical and they truly brought the fairytale to life. On top of being wonderful hosts, their singing was beautiful! They kept all the kids thoroughly engaged with fun activities, and the kids enjoyed them all. One of my concerns was the amount of space needed for the princesses to do all the activities, as I was having it in the kitchen/dining area, but this was not an issue at all. It was honestly a dream come true for my daughter and several of our guests said this was a core memory for their kids. We booked them for a Rumi KPOP Demon Hunter character (for 15 kids), and the entire experience was top notch from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and kept the kids engaged the entire time. The activities were so well thought out. The performer did face glitter for the kids, taught them a fun choreographed dance that they performed together, and led a great game. They ended the visit by singing Happy Birthday, which was the perfect touch. All of our guests were so impressed. I even had multiple parents mention to me that this character did a much better job and was far more engaging than other performers they have seen at parties from different companies. If you are looking for high quality, professional character entertainment that actually delivers, I can not recommend Wishes Entertainment enough!

Unfortunately, the performance did not meet those expectations at all. The elf did not initiate any activities and appeared disengaged the entire time. I had to constantly prompt her to interact with the children. Several kids were upset, and multiple guests commented that she was not doing her job. At one point, she was standing in one spot chewing gum, which felt extremely unprofessional. Three of my guests even offered to write reviews on my behalf because they felt so bad about the situation. Instead of enjoying my party and hosting my adult guests, I ended up managing the entertainer myself and playing with the kids to keep them engaged--completely defeating the purpose of hiring entertainment. I contacted the company immediately after the party. The party coordinator responded promptly and confirmed that the elf claimed the children "weren't interested," which is why she didn't engage. I was told the owner would contact me to resolve the issue, but I never heard from him. I would give this service zero stars if I could. I am giving one star only because the coordinator was professional and responsive, which is the sole reason I booked this company. Unfortunately, the actual service was a major disappointment.

He lacks some charisma and some energy. He played all the games requested on the booking but I expected more when it came to the "superhero training." All he did for that was bring out a nerf gun and had the kids take a turn shooting. Mind you, there were around 25 kids so it took a while and the kids were getting antsy just waiting in line. For the "dance party" party, his speaker was small and you couldn't even really hear the music so I let him use our big speaker. Not a big deal but you would think they would be more prepared. I was offered to pay extra for a grand entrance and present for the birthday boy and I'm glad I didn't because my son was still given a present and it was a small paint kit from the dollar tree. Booking process was really easy, but overall the service from the characters was not the best. Manager responded promptly and though Spiderman was not the best in my opinion, he showed up on time which was also professional on their side.
