Lindsey was so great at communicating with, despite me being a busy single Mom and taking a bit to reply. The whole team was so helpful and great to work with. We booked Blippi, which was not easy to find, and the actor was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to Joaquin!!! He called me the night before to get more information on Cali Rose, the b-day girl, and what was planned so he would deliver the best for us, as well as my request of letting me know when he was arriving to get video and pictures. Cali has albinism which makes it difficult for her to see and navigate in the sun and bright light, so Joaquin made sure to have her not facing the sun during the games or interacting. All of the kids loved having Joaquin there (even those that didn't know who Blippi was) and made my job of wondering how to entertain 12 kids for 3 hours much easier! We originally planned on 1.5 hours but, couldn't stop the fun so ended up extended it another 1.5 hours. Joaquin never stopped being Blippi for a minute and entertaining the kids. He made sure to focus on Cali Rose but also included all of her friends and family. With Cali Rose and her family being bilingual (English and Spanish) it was an amazing surprise to learn he knew some of the traditional birthday songs for the Piñata and Happy Birthday! Cali Rose, her family and friends kids have not stopped talking about and dancing to the songs at the party since! We truly were blessed to find The Princess Party with a great team of admins and actors! Book your next party with them, you will NOT be disappointed!

Their interactions with the children were so incredibly sweet, patient, and magical and they truly brought the fairytale to life. On top of being wonderful hosts, their singing was beautiful! They kept all the kids thoroughly engaged with fun activities, and the kids enjoyed them all. One of my concerns was the amount of space needed for the princesses to do all the activities, as I was having it in the kitchen/dining area, but this was not an issue at all. It was honestly a dream come true for my daughter and several of our guests said this was a core memory for their kids. They were punctual, professional, and kept the kids engaged the entire time. The activities were so well thought out. The performer did face glitter for the kids, taught them a fun choreographed dance that they performed together, and led a great game. They ended the visit by singing Happy Birthday, which was the perfect touch. All of our guests were so impressed. I even had multiple parents mention to me that this character did a much better job and was far more engaging than other performers they have seen at parties from different companies. The entire booking process was seamless and easy. Krista even called the day before the party to go over the activities and make sure everything was personalized to what we wanted. She arrived right on time and immediately brought so much energy, warmth, and excitement to the party. She did an incredible job keeping nearly 20 kids completely captivated for the entire hour! She read a story, played games, sang songs, and interacted with each child individually. She was so engaging and genuinely sweet with the kids, and you could tell they were all completely enchanted by Ariel. We were especially impressed with her photo skills! She constantly changed her poses and expressions, making every photo feel fun, unique, and special. I originally spoke with charlotte back in May and decided to book with them for 2 princesses for my daughters 5th b day. She was so kind and I felt so good about them. She told me someone would contact me by Thursday of this week to go over details of the party. I paid the deposit of $300ish. Thursday comes around and nothing. I call the same number as before (949-558-2873 and 3106517226) and no one picks up and not only is the voicemail different now but the voicemail is full on both phone lines so I can't even leave a message! Charlotte finally emails me back Thursday with a very generic confirmation of time and place. I emailed her back a total of 4 times requesting a call so we can go over details and structure of the party like she had promised me back in May. Nothing. Day of the event- THEY NOT ONLY NO SHOW BUT THEY DONT EVEN CALL!!!! I was scrambling to figure out what to do with 15 kids and ended up having to improvise for 2.5 hours. How DARE they do this to kids??? I called their after hours line and of course it goes to the same BS number with the full mailbox so I can't even leave a message. I'm hoping someone will read this and learn from my mistake. I have NO idea how they have this many positive reviews. It's beyond me. They must pay for their reviews. I can't even get a hold of anyone to get a refund so I'm going to have to dispute the claims with my bank unfortunately. It's not even the money at this point, it's how evil they and careless they are and how excited my daughter was for the princesses. She kept looking out the window waiting for them to show. I hope they get their karma. Please please please stay away and maybe go with a reputable company you've heard of. I wish I had.
