OMG fix my DUI was the best thing I've could've done with my life. I was in a whole bunch of turmoil didn't know which way to look left or right diagonal behind me I was lost... But then I stumbled across fix my DUI and they made everything so much brighter for me. I was able to get my license reinstated in less than a month and they were so helpful throughout this whole process if anybody ever asked me for suggestion of who they should get help from when facing their first DUI I would always suggest fix my DUI. I have been coming here for years! Was great but for the past 3yrs the price has been drastically increasing going from 200 to now almost 600 dollars just to file taxes that's ridiculous. Last couple years I've had hiccups on my taxes and when I try to get in contact with them via email it's like they don't care to solve the issue even after paying the ridiculous audit fee. I interacted with several team members, and each person seemed knowledgeable. Ali was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough during my appointment. Talking to him felt like talking to an old friend, which helped since it was my first time coming here. I had several unique questions which I felt were answered. Nancy was so sweet during every interaction I had with her (both text and in person). Of course everyone's situation is unique, but let's just say I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. They offer great discounts-- just take the time to read the info on the site and book your appointment accordingly. Come prepared with docs, etc. and send them ahead of time. They respond quickly (again, thanks Nancy!) when I reached out prior to my appointment and offer virtual appointments but I'd definitely recommend the in person experience. It was obvious the team had a good dynamic and just overall gave good vibes (again, a plus for me when dealing with financial situations). We came to OC Tax Geek last year after the recommendation of a friend. Our W2 jobs were very straightforward but we needed info/advice about starting an S Corp and also filling. They helped us through the entire process and were always just an email always. Fast forward to this year, Eli personally handled our taxes; both our W2s and S-Corp returns.
