We put our trust in this place..we were wrong! Come to find out our great place wasn't as great as…read moreit was pitched.after paying an outrageous reality fee,rent and a deposit 1 month later we find out we got scammed! The reality agent that showed us the place had claimed that the house was great and that the landlord would take care of any issues.this was not the case!We soon began to hear noises in the ceiling...it was squirrels! They chewed everything including wires. The chimney started leaking when it rained,the sinks kept getting clogged, there was mice in the lower kitchen cabinets the list goes on. Then it got warm,here come millions of ants ruining everything getting in food and so on. Then we have pest control come in....they find invasive bugs called (bat bugs) related to the bed bug...but brought in by bats! There was a bad nest also.Upon further investigation 5 out of 11 neighbors informed me that the landlord knew about this already. I had asked him about it but he denied it. His own contractor had also told me the place was disgusting before they did a makeup job. So landlord is asked to fix,and exterminate before anymore money is paid...he then proceeded to send the realty agent from hawks nest reality to my house where he threatened me with court and talked to me like trash! (Instead of offering to fix things)This type off stuff needs to stop! These landlords need to be held accountable and the real estate agents need to tell the truth and not worry about how much money goes in their pockets! There are laws against this that do not help! So thanks to them I have a huge financial burden from property damage to unnecessary moving expenses.

She personally oversaw every aspect of the listing, from the incredible still and drone photography that accompanied the ad, to showing the place to its best advantage along with providing local knowledge and history to prospective buyers. Donna kept me updated throughout the process. If I emailed or texted her, I had a response within minutes. Once the cabin was sold, she even offered to personally come by and help me move out anything I would have trouble getting out by myself. Over the course of owning the cabin I have gotten to know a number of local tradesmen - plumber, electrician, landscaper, etc. Every one of them knew her, and each one remarked on how sharp she is. They had nothing but respect for her and went out of their way to tell me I couldn't have chosen a better person to work with. This combination of local knowledge, stellar reputation, great sense of people and properties and just being a wonderful person to work with make her absolutely unbeatable. Everything seems fine when you move into a place but then you realize that the rent had a make up cover job.No actual repairs just cover ups fake wood floors,sticky paper laminated cabinets shotty sheet rock work and cheap patch work.The real estate agent will swear to you the the landlord is good....which is a complete lie.Then when it comes down to it they gang up and try to pin it on the tenants that were completely unaware of anything...nothing but a joke.So be warned they will make you loose everything.!
