No storage at all they have a utility room which did have a washer and dryer which got taken out and you can not use this for storage. jacked up the rent by $200 - $300 a shot. they force people out so they can bring in people who can cope on their own but get there rent paid for by the government these people are not to be trusted. it is ok I guess if your single and can afford it. you get cold water for free everything else you pay. as far as snow removal and getting out that's when ever. Don't ask for anything you are not getting it.

On top of that, I have had maintenance men ignore a leak in my ceiling three times, because they said it wasn't a big deal. It had dripped several times before I contacted them. Today my neighbor's entire bathtub drained onto my computer desk, so I guess they just didn't want to fix it. During a winter warning, it took over 24 hours on a workday to be able to move my car out of the parking lot. My neighbors scream constantly. Their family honks their horn at my window so they can scream at each other from the balcony. A man in socks came to my door asking if he could pay me to pretend to be his uncle. I have been scammed my the utilities representatives they have sent to our doors twice. This apartment is a nightmare.
