Worst care ever! I had Dr.Ann as my primary for years and she was the best of the best! When I heard she was retiring I broke in tears because it took me decades to find a GOOD DOCTOR!! She reassured me that the other drs in the facility were GREAT! Well they've been everything but Great! We feel rushed as patients in the room. When I try to send a note to the dr I never get a call back from her. I had a ER admission for unknown fainting and cardiology issues and they told me their turn around time for ER follow ups are 1-2 weeks THATS UNACCEPTABLE especially when something could be life threatening and voiced that multiple times. They were not willing to help me or see me! They've made me uncomfortable on multiple occasions. They never answer the phone it rings and rings and everytime I go to an appointment you see them laughing on their phones being obnoxious and hear phones ringing and makes me wonder why. If you have problems with this place file a complaint with your insurance company like IEHP. The management DOES NOT care about you qualms with the services. They simply huddle in a back room in typical clique mob fashion and try to brush incidents under the rug. Their manager Marisol can't be bothered by legitimate complaints of MA's trying talk on behalf of the physicians WITHOUT prior inquiry or discussion being had. The MA's seem to have an answer to everything without discussing with their care team and when something occurs because of their laziness or complacency they try to tell their management that a patient is being "difficult" all because you ask them to do their job regarding your care. If you have issues hit them where it hurts which is their pockets and file any and all grievances with your insurance provider because their management do not care. It is quite unfortunate because their care team of providers are nothing short of amazing like Mary Barba and Dr. Jackson it is a shame this place is plagued with complacent, unprofessional, and corrupt office staff. read more

You and your entire staff need some serious customer service training, and perhaps a dash of empathy. Took a test on 1/25, was told labs take 5-10 business days for the result to come back. Have been calling since 2/4 for those results and have been told that results are not in yet. Called again today, 2/14, girl told me they still weren't in. I complained that it was taking a very long time, she did a tiny bit more digging and found that my results were in fact there. This place has the worse medical care I have ever known ! This place would be ok if all you need is a bandaid . They do not care about their patients they do not return phone calls, they will put you on a dangerous medication and completely disregard your phone calls about horrific symptoms. If you had Dr. Jackson before and want to try the new ownership, don't. I had an appointment with Mary and it ended up being Anne, which I'm not even sure if that's legal without notifying me. Then Anne was a huge jerk! I asked if she could prescribe me compression socks for my foot pain and she said "Aren't those like ten dollars?" I don't care how much they cost, I get them cheaper through insurance. I originally came in to renew my ADHD medication which I had been taking under Jackson for years and they said they can only give me 30 days worth and then made me sign this 12 part controlled substance contract! This is a medication I was prescribed and used responsibly for years and I'm signing this contract like I'm on probation or leaving rehab! With all this scary wording like Riverside Drug Force and saying a bunch of things are felonies. Never coming back, nor do I need to because they were extremely unhelpful about everything I came in for. read more

I would not recommend this office. I have been a patient for 4 years and recently I am unhappy with their failure to give me my FMLA forms I needed from work. I made it very known that I needed those forms back before a certain date. It was well past that date and I still hadn't heard that they were done. In fact, no one ever requested anything from the neurologist I was sent to. I had to do it myself in order to get my FMLA forms for my employer. I was in danger of losing my job. I needed those forms before the end of the week and I made that know. I was constantly calling the office for my paperwork and I always had to talk to Brandon. I told Brandon numerous times my paperwork was due back by a certain date and I had my appointment with the numerologist. He ignored this and never passed the information onto my PA. No one from this office had requested the paperwork from the specialists. I had to do that myself so I could get my paperwork which still took an addition week. Now it has been 3 weeks later (which Brandon apologized for and even said it shouldn't have taken that long). Also, this office wants me to drive to the Social Security office to pick up the physician disability forms to give to them so they can fill out and for me to pick up the forms and mail back. I explained to the office manager Brandon that it's all done online and it will be so much faster for me to start getting my disability payments. I do not get income from my employer while I'm on MLA. It has been 3 weeks and I am low on funds. The secretary at the front desk who answered the phone claimed that all the doctors in the office can do the disability paperwork online all I need was the 16 digit number. I told her I had it the entire time and I also informed her that Brandon claimed that they cannot do it online. The secretary then informed me that Brandon was wrong and they can do it online. Also, Brandon continued to tell me that there were constantly delays with doing my disability paperwork online and it would take one week. Nothing was still done even after a week. He called again and said it would take another week. Delays, delays, and more delays. This was extremely frustrating. Then he calls me again and informs me that he is ordering the disability forms and will have the forms in the office in two weeks. At this point I am shaking my head in disbelief. All of this put me under extreme emotional stress and while I am currently suffering from injuries I received in a car accident. This office then sends me a letter dropping me as a patient because I gave them a deadline for my paperwork. I had no problems with this office until now. It was the last time I came here, and I can not recommend this office Due to all the lies, delays in paperwork I cannot trust anyone in this office. Even though the owner claims that my "version of what happened is VERY disoriented" that is not the case. This IS EXACTLY what happened. To the owner: 1) I still have the voicemails if you'd ever like to listen to them. 2) Read reviews from others about Brandon. After I posted my review I was curious enough to read other people's and it seems a lot of people have or had problems with him. You replied to others reviews you were kind and courteous to them. You never said that their story is disoriented, etc. yet you sit there and tell me that my story is disoriented (which it's not). 3) Sounds like you and Brandon both have a personal problem against me for telling it how it is which means bringing the mistakes made to not only your attention, but to everyone else's as well. read more

First off, I would rate this clinic 0 stars if it was possible! I went in for severe bronchitis and was prescribed a cheaper cough syrup and Amoxicillin. Both did not work. Two days later I called asking for a different cough syrup and they refused to help without charging another $25 co-pay. I suffered for two weeks with chest congestion and coughing up some very unpleasant stuff with over the counter cough syrup. Meanwhile my entire family was prescribed the z-pak and were cured within 4-5 days. (My mom just called her doctor in Orange County and they called in a prescription without her having to go in for a visit. (She is 80 years old with severe osteoporosis and she was feeling better on the third day of z-pak.). Meanwhile, I'm still coughing up green stuff after two weeks and losing jobs because I couldn't talk on the phone. No one wants to get married by someone who coughs the whole time in a gross sounding gravely voice. I spoke with my primary doctor (who is also part of Raincross Medical group.). No empathy, no concern, they flatly refused to help unless I paid an additional $25 copayment and again I begged them because I can't work therefore I can't get paid and they didn't care. There is no empathy from anyone from Raincross. It's all about the money. What happened to Obamas everyone deserves healthcare???? My husband finally forced me to go back and he paid the copayment. We got the same doctor and when I explained everything to her and even begged for help she was very rude and tried to refuse to give me the medication I needed. She even had the audacity to say if the z-pak appears to work, it doesn't necessarily mean the z-pak worked. And the really irritating thing is every time I've been there they kept me in the room for over 45 minutes while I can hear the nurses and the doctor outside the door laughing, goofing off and gossiping. Oh, and she's not a even doctor, she's just a P.A. running the shift with no real doctor present! AND they don't keep records!!!! So every time you visit you have to fill out all the new patient paperwork all over again even if you were there only a few days before. It's all about the money with these people!! read more

My husband has been a patient here for a little while and has always got good care. They see a lot of people and are a busy clinic so it can take some time speak to someone but they do respond. Recently we had to do an ER follow up visit because he had a seizure. We were both scared and lost with no diagnosis and no clear reason as to why it happened. We were also concerned about his heart because of some blood test results. Sharon was the PA that we saw and she was amazing. I just went to Orangecrest Urgent Care on Meridian. It's wonderful. It's clean, bright, about doubles the number of exam rooms, great parking, friendly staff, a number of upgrades from their previous place on Van Buren. I don't know about insurance but they will answer any questions. They will be hiring a financial counselor for insurance issues and there will be a pharmacy they will be working with next door to them. A great experience. read more

Dr, Curtis is an amazing doctor. He really listens and allows you to be the expert on your body. My only complaint is the front desk clerk. They used to have amazing staff and this new girl that answers the phones and sees the line is very rude and has a bad attitude. All the patients I have seen sitting in this clinic have reported they come because they love the care they get from the doctors here. The Nurse practitioner we see is great. How ever the staff is rude, unhelpful, condensing, you can never get anyone to answer the phone. The never give you the right paper work to get procedures done, have had to have one procedure rescheduled 3 times because they did not mail the proper paperwork to us and did not fax over the results to the other office 3 times in a row. Come on your messing with people's lives and health here get your act together. The staff could not even perform a basic check on a TB test it took 45 mins two different nurses to have me show them my arm before they both couldn't figure it out so I asked for a doctor, waited another 15 min for the Doctor to look at it say your fine go home.
