I informed Dr. Hinson he just smiled and said I will tell her next time to pull the blouse up, she thought it was funny. That's a bad reflection on who's in charge of medical staff and how unconcern Dr. Hinson was when it came to accurate information, which could be a life-or-death situation. I gave Dr. Hinson a medical form to complete the same day of the appointment he made me come back the following day and couldn't make his mind up should he sign or not. This office was soliated by corrupt cops your privacy will be violated. Each time I go in there distressed, not feeling well... I come out of there feeling so much better. She is professional, excellent listener, really aims to understand her patients as people, kind, caring, knowledgeable, patient and never rushes the visits... She makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. I feel heard and seen... She is AMAZING! I've seen many Dr's. and it's very rare to have someone have all these great qualities like Dr. Belleza does. (In working late nights) Kenya, who also initially answered, the phone, she offered a Video Consult or a Phone Conversation Consultation. Not only was this accommodating, this was most appreciated. Where do I begin? Dr. K has always been very compassionate and understanding, I liked her and I stuck with her longer than I should have, but because of her staff and her nurse practitioner I have separated from Raincross Medical. I was hung up on multiple times on my last interaction, as they said, I was being disrespectful. I called back and they never answered, clearly they have caller ID. I finally got a hold of the front desk, staff and requested a phone call from either eye doctor or Dr. K. The response I got was they don't speak to people like you! I received a phone call from her nurse practitioner, stating that I was cussing out her employees which never happened. This is not the first time my family, nor other clients of Dr. K's has expressed great disrespect from her staff. It is embarrassing to be told, I'm unprofessional, but they're yelling at me on the phone, hanging up on a client and not answering my phone calls. It's unfortunate that she took over for Dr. Battle who took over for Dr. Davis, which are two very respected doctors yet dr. K's staff have ruined the reputations of not only her own reputation but both of those doctors who can't speak for themselves. If I could give you 0 star, I would. if I could rate just Dr. K I would give her a five star, but her staff is a disgrace to the medical field! read more

I rarely enjoy writing negative reviews but the service I have received warrants 0 stars. For 12 years, I have experienced anxiety and panic attacks. I have been on 3 different medications and have no problems getting Benzos despite the restraints. Doctor Priya Kunaseelan, and her staff, are a disgrace to the medical industry . They lack compassion and are unable to admit their own wrong-doing. Not only did she never put in my refills; her and her staff negated ever gIving me the option to work on my dosage levels. The lack of hospitality seamlessly blended with disregard about my rising anxiety levels and any attempt to make it right. Dr Priya promised to help me with my dosages and give me a few months supply to add gradually until I was even. She never made that note on record and I was treated with disdain and utter disrespect when calling her front desk. Raincross is the word hospital I have had the displeasure of visiting; even more so than 2000s Kaiser Permanente was. Heed my advice and find doctors who value you as a human and staff who are not dehumanized and mundane. read more

Had an RA flare up and didn't want to go to ER. Just to take someone's bed away that really needed it. I can here and was attended to quickly and professional. Front office took My info and was very private and didn't make any fuss about it. Then the MA called me in and took vitals and was so caring. The PA listens and made it a point to know there were different options and also that she knew I knew my symptoms and treated them with respect and concern. The Dr explained the procedure needed with great care and took his time to make sure that I was ok throughout the entire process. Dr. Greer is the worst Family Practice Dr. I've been at Raincross Medical for over 20 years previously with Dr Jackson whom is now retired but loved him ! Dr Greer took his place . Im a patient with severe hearing loss my daily life is a struggle. I've been in to see her and I always have to remind her of my hearing loss! Even after I tell her to speak up she will still not remove her face mask and do so she won't even speak slowly and directly to me. She bothered by this I can see she rolls her eyes at me she cuts me off and treats me like I'm dumb. I had been in to see her for my scheduled Pap smear but prior to my appointment I had taken a blunt fall first fall since 4 years after spinal fushion surgery I was concerned that I may have damaged my hardware my legs were numb and tingling and I asked her if she could look at my hip and back because I was in extreme pain her reply was you are here for your Pap smear today I have other patients whom were late and need to be seen. I left so upset a week later in emergency room with a snapped screw and found out my fusion never fused. The er would not let me move around because apparently is extremely dangerous to surrounding tissues muscle tendons to have broken hardware my heart rate was elevated Needing emergency surgery to remove hardware in the back and new hardware through the front. After 10 days in the hospital I came home and my regular medication needed refill and she would not refill. Lets you go without your medicine until you go in to visit her. Let's you go without your meds wants blood work and then increase your dosages of medication only if it had been refilled in time she wouldn't have to adjust it . Dr Greer in my experience with her is only concerned about getting that copayment for Raincross Medical doing the minimal if that! It's not about her patients well being. Dr Greer has earned a designation as a doctor but as caring human being I'm afraid she can't learn or earn that! I'm not one to write reviews unless I feel my experience needed to be heard. read more
