Came here because my 7 year old needed stitches. They did a great job from front desk to being in the back,my son was terrified especially after he was told he would definitely need stitches. Went in 3 days ago with chest tightness, low Grade fever, sore throat, and shortness of breath, the PA-C on staff, Kevin C., was talking so fast and didn't really listen to my concerns. He looked at my throat but refused to listen to my chest or do a chest xray. He asked if I had a history of asthma and I said no then that was it with a prescription of Zyrtec. Only for me to end up feeling 10 times worse like an elephant was sitting on my chest. Had to go to ER and they were shocked to hear he didn't listen to my chest or back at a minimum. A regular doctor visit will consist of your chest being examined with or without symptoms. Waste of time, gas and copay! read more

Quick and friendly care from staff. My son dislocated his finger at football practice and we were able to go straight there and get X-rays and popped back in. My son felt no pain, the PA did a quick job and let us on our way. God forbid we need to go back for any other injury but we will consider using them again if needed. read more

After injuring my shoulder I called to see if they could give me a pain relief shot. The receptionist was very kind and efficient and recommended that I come in. The nurse and doctor were both very nice and professional. From the time I walked in till the time I walked out, two injections later, was less than 30 minutes. I already have relief of pain! I have been to this urgent care four times in the last five months. Every single staff member that I have encountered has been clearly happy to serve their patients. This office has a genuine sense of care and nurturing for those that walk in their door and use their services. Not only is it urgent care, but it is urgent service. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes to be seen. You can even schedule an appointment to be seen. They are professional and offer high-quality care and service. I came in with back pain. Doc. Nailed it on my back. He was absolutely awesome. 2 shots later and prescription low dose muscle relaxers and suggested dual action advil I was able to recover. The pain was 9 on a scale 1 to 10 10 being the worst. His notes helped my reg dr enough info to prescribe a solution to help my back. The staff was so nice! Love them! My daughter was very ill last week and instead of going to the medical group urgent care, we decided to go to our local Riverside Urgen Care. Lauren gave me discharge instructions. Upon your arrival, we were greeted and checked in by Samara. We were seen by a fantastic Provider, Kevin, who was assisted by Kaylin and Kenya the back office. They gave excellent patient care and customer service. Once we were called back we were seen quickly and efficiently. The staff at the front desk were pleasant, cheerful and eager to help, especially Samara and didn't have to wait too long either. It was convenient to know where my spot in was so I wasn't guessing on when I would be called in. PA Kevin Morris was quick and precise and got right to the point, which I'm glad because I wasn't feeling well. I had a fever and cough for 5 days. Antibiotics were prescribed, and I was able to pick them up at our local pharmacy within the hour. I felt better within 24 hours of taking the medication. read more

This particular urgent care is outside of my neighborhood , however , when I am under the weather that is where I go. The reason why I go there is because of their customer service and quality of care. Not only is it a short wait time but the employees seem to truly care about your welfare.  They make sure that you're comfortable,  they know that you're there because you are not feeling well so they do the best they can to provide you with good service . Well I have to update things. When you give someone your driver's license, that means I don't want to tell you my personal information out loud. That doesn't not give the staff in the waiting room permission to scream not only "What is your birthday?" but and actual guess "Are you -- years old?". I have been coming to this Urgent care for a few years now. Their female provider is amazing! She takes the time to listen and really figured out what the problem is. One size does not fit all, she actually practices medicine and doesn't just assume, cough = flu/cold, she actually problem solves for your problem. So grateful for Leslie and her team. Overall I was treated for exactly what I came for. That is good! I was very unsatisfied when we walked in! We arrived and instead of being greeted by a what is wrong, mild greeting and a form stuffed into my hands. I came because my blood pressure was at a point that I could have been headed for a potential stroke according to my current pressure numbers and my device and internet medical instructions. We had a great experience here, short wait time and excellent service. Latoya in reception was so kind and patient. The internet went down while we were checking in and she handled it like a pro, helping patients check in manually until the internet was back up. Our provider came in almost as soon as we were brought in to the exam room and quickly assessed my child, not only giving us a diagnosis, but also peace of mind. Having to visit an urgent care facility is always a little stressful, but at Riverside Urgent Care they make the experience as smooth as possible. read more

I'm so happy I found this Urgent Care, everyone is nice but especially the back end people - from the nurses to the tech guy and most importantly the doctors. They listen to your complaints without rushing you out. Wait times for me have vary from 10 min to 1 hour just depends on how busy they are. They do have an online scheduling "get in line" but that has never worked for me for same day services. If that was fixed, I would love this place much more! I highly recommended RUCC. read more

Front office was really nice. I believe I had an LVN room me. She was so rude. My blood pressure came out high. I asked her to be taken in 15 minutes because usually that's protocol and standard practice. She refused to. Then when it came to my blood draw, she insisted I had difficult veins which I've never had a problem with my veins before and she wanted to send me out to go get them at quest or LabCorp and I told her if she did not feel comfortable then have someone else draw them because I'm not gonna go to two locations to get a blood draw honestly she did not even try until I pushed her too try in the first place. I feel like if I didn't stand up for myself, she would've tried to look for the easy way out. I don't know why she was being so difficult and rude. And on top of everything during the blood draw, she palpitated with her bare hands and didn't read disinfect after the skin to skin contact and then punctured me after putting gloves on , which I'm in the healthcare profession too so I know standard practice and the whole process was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. After leaving my for my visit, I got an after visit summary or what they call discharge papers and I had some diagnosis that I wasn't advised about by the provider. I had to call in and ask why I wasn't told or prescribed any medication for my diagnosis. This site needs to be retrained because they're possibly looking at a future Law suit with their way of practice. read more

I drove 20 miles to get here because they are the best UC I have ever been to. My only recommendation is the waiting room is stuffy and hard to breathe if you are having an asthma flare up. read more
