Loved the professionalism and organization before I arrived, upon arrival, during class and after. Sydney at the front desk is a gem...intelligent, insightful, knowledgeable, and good at what she is doing being the first person you meet. David the trainer has boundless energy, genuine care compassion and passion for what he is doing and they both really know what they are doing and do it well!!! I was there for a free trial class to line things up for incorporating new workouts and look forward to returning in the fall. They really explained all the types of classes and the packages available in a way that was not pushy. I have been a dedicated member of Orange Theory Jupiter for 3 years and have loved almost every class I have taken there(I hate partner workouts). The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The coaches are awesome and very personable. It is very clean--yesterday, David, the head coach was vacuuming in between classes. Up until Thursday, March 5th, I would have given it 5 stars--it is my home away from home! HOWEVER.....there is a chronic problem that the owner refuses to completely resolve. About every 2 months, the AC in the workout area breaks. On Thursday, it must have been 85 degrees in the gym! I choose not to go to hot yoga. I have never had a desire to try out CrossFit. Why would I want to kill myself working out in oppressive heat? I have an unlimited membership, which means I pay $169 per month, plus extra when I sign up for a class and end up missing it. If the owner were to look into the impact of attendance on the heat, she would probably not notice a difference. We are still coming to the classes, we are just leaving early. Please don't be penny wise and pound foolish. It probably won't take me much longer to get to Orangetheory Mirasol then it does for me to get to Orange Theory Jupiter. read more

Tried this location for an early AM class. Was not aware (no one mentioned this when I called the day before) they'd like you there 20 minutes prior to the class to sign paperwork. The guy at the front desk was snarky and irritable ...first thing in the morning made his awful attitude even worse. It was very off-putting. I left immediately. Didn't even stay to sign up or work out that day, joined a completely different gym the very next day and have been there ever since. Not good for Orange Theory...great for FBBC!! read more

I love orange theory I am a seasonal visitor to Jupiter. This is the 3rd location I have gone to. 6:00 am on Monday is fantastic coach. Wednesday and Friday coach needs to democrate all stretch exercises we are doing. Some of us are visual learners Also. One bicycle needs to be replaced. This location was my first, and my original home store. I love this location and sad that I no longer live closer to this one. The staff here is superb from the front desk/management, to the coaches. Kyle is always so helpful. Every class is on point!! (I burned an average of 600+ calories per class.) The front desk and management go above and beyond to provide a 5 star customer service experience. Oh, and the place is always spotless...you'd second guess people actually work out there. I moved here 6 months ago from California where I trained with a trainer for 4 yrs. I had not found a new place/trainer that I liked and so reluctantly went to OT to check out what all the hype was about! Kyle (studio manager) was so friendly and helpful! David (the trainer for my first two classes) was awesome! He made sure I understood the process, continued to check on me and was very encouraging. Today the trainer was Ally and she was also great. Things I love about it: - All very systematized - don't have to think - The hour flies by since it's set up so well - It's dark and no one talks to each other - we are focused on getting sh*t done - I love the screen that tells me how I'm doing! I was reluctant because I have had bad experiences with CrossFit (not the best form in many of those classes) and I thought that's what this was going to be like. This location is great to get a workout in when I am visiting family up in Jupiter. I love orange theory and the workouts they offer. Never the same workout which I like and I always leave feeling so accomplished. The staff here is very friendly and just the day other took a class with David and he was awesome!! Gave lots of support throughout the workout and his music was fun and kept up the pep in my running and rowing parts of the workout. I will definitely come back when I am in town!! read more

The best OTF location in the area, and the best I have ever been to. Love the trainers and everyone at the front desk. I feel like family when I walk in and always leave feeling like I got a great workout! I have to be in a Orange Theory class because I know I won't push myself like they push me when I'm in there. I am a coach in VA/DC area but come to Florida from Jan- March every year, and work out at OTF Jupiter while down here. I am so thankful for all the employees and not only their hospitality but their professionalism , organization, house keeping , and all around energy! This is a tip top shaped studio run by its captain David. He runs a tight ship- but a fun one! I can go to any OTF in the country and this one is my favorite to visit ! Orange theory makes it insanely difficult to cancel your classes and also are deceptive when signing up. They need to make an option to cancel your classes online on over the phone. read more

Just signed up a few weeks ago. This place is clean, and convenient. All the instructors are great. It is only 12 dollars a class. It is very motivating and I have already seen a huge difference. There are some less than helpful people working at the front counter, but otherwise it has been great so far. read more

This Orange Theory is the best I have ever been to. I have been to at least five other studios in North Florida south Florida and Tallahassee. This studio is like a family dynamic where they know everybody's name and all the members know each other. While I didn't know anybody in the class I still felt very included because each coach made sure to introduce themselves to me and make sure that I was able to complete the work out without exacerbating any injuries. I have been to other OTFs, but this one was my favorite experience so far. For those of you don't know, OTF is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)-like workout that focuses partly on endurance and toning exercises with light weights, and couples that with treadmill running in a upbeat, intense environment. You wear a heart rate monitor to track the percentage of your maximum heart rate, which helps you make sure you are pushing yourself appropriately. My trainer, Rachel, made sure to go over the floor moves (with weights) and give me and the others feedback as we worked out. The workout we did was endurance focused, and I felt quite the endorphin-high post-workout. It was a high yield hour! The facilities here are similar to the other OTF I have been too, though the shower facilities here are actually much nicer. The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially considering how busy they were. read more

Overall, OrangeTheory Fitness (OTF) is a great cardio-based group fitness workout. Every studio offers your first class for free, so I highly recommend giving it a try! I have visited five (5) different studios. These studios are setup as a franchise and follow a very similar way of operating. With COVID-19, it appears that corporate has left it to the franchise owner on how to handle it. I have been to OTF Riverview, OTF Brandon, OTF New Tampa, OTF Palm Beach Gardens East, and OTF Jupiter (this review). If you are an OTF member already, keep it up! If you're looking to become a new OTF member, I'd say hold off on this location for now. OTF Riverview has had the best and smoothest COVID-19 protocol that I haven't seen used at the other four (4) locations and I wish they would implement that across the board. The primary issue I have with this location is that they do not turn on fans and disconnect the fans on the treadmill. The studio A/C feels like it's set to 74-76 during the workout and there is no circulation of air. This is something unique to OTF Palm Beach Gardens and OTF Jupiter. The other three do not try to kill you. It makes working out feel like a punishment. I usually enjoy OTF, but it's definitely a different feeling at this location. The other issues is that this location primarily runs 3G classes. As a runner, I much prefer spending longer time on the treadmill. read more

Try another location with a more gracious manager. I'm a seasonal client who made the mistake of buying a 10 class pack (expiration 1 year) - I called knowing I would be 1.5 month shy of using the last remaining 2 classes - I understand it's a courtesy; however, coming from NYC with more high profile gyms and trainers, this is not an unreasonable request. The manager extended the class pack 1 month after I explained I'll be in Florida in 1.5 months. A bit petty. I won't return. read more

Awesome classes and trainers! I am so addicted to this high energy workout. I leave feeling so accomplished and the workouts are different every time so I never get bored. Am already seeing results in my cardio fitness and the overall appearance of my body after just 1 month. I do workout several days a week and eat healthy, but OT took me to a different level of fit. The trainers are also very friendly and approachable, so you won't feel intimidated in the slightest. Only downside is that it's a little pricy, but I can understand why. read more

I have been going to OrangeTheory Fitness Jupiter for over a year now and absolutely love it. It's always a different workout every class which keeps your body guessing and you see the results from your summary. I joined a month ago and really enjoy going here. This fitness club is very motivational with the uplifting music and constant instruction. All of the instructors are very nice and help whenever you have questions. Also, they have a lot of promotions and outside activities to join in on, always informing you about upcoming events. For it not being one on one personal training it is a bit expensive, but if you work hard you'll get the results you were looking for. read more
