We got phenomenal results in a short period of time, and genuinely looked forward to talking to him while working out. He motivated us to be our best selves in and out of the gym. The AC is constantly broken and warm, the music makes my ears bleed, the Wi-Fi is always out. I'm afraid to see what the future holds for this gym.

This never happens at any other Planet Fitness I have ever been to. I would understand if it was off hours and a person had run to the bathroom, but it's consistent and during the main hours of business, even during the weekend when the location is open with limited hours. Frustrating to say the least. So I find myself waiting at the front like an idiot, and when no one comes back, I just end up driving to Indiantown Road and go to that planet fitness.

What is even more concerning is that I provided legitimate medical documentation related to a surgical injury and ongoing recovery, including my provider's credentials, signature, NPI number, and contact information, and was still met with unnecessary pushback instead of understanding and professionalism. As someone dealing with medical expenses and recovery, it is frustrating to have money taken for a membership I had already attempted to cancel and physically cannot use at this time. Customers should not have to fight this hard over a cancellation, especially when legitimate medical circumstances are involved. I truly hope upper management reviews how these situations are being handled because the experience has felt unnecessarily difficult, dismissive, and stressful.

But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there. If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.
