We got phenomenal results in a short period of time, and genuinely looked forward to talking to him while working out. He motivated us to be our best selves in and out of the gym. It is obvious the owner could care less about the facility, Shea was the glue that stuck the gym together. The AC is constantly broken and warm, the music makes my ears bleed, the Wi-Fi is always out. I'm afraid to see what the future holds for this gym.

This never happens at any other Planet Fitness I have ever been to. I would understand if it was off hours and a person had run to the bathroom, but it's consistent and during the main hours of business, even during the weekend when the location is open with limited hours. Frustrating to say the least. So I find myself waiting at the front like an idiot, and when no one comes back, I just end up driving to Indiantown Road and go to that planet fitness.

But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded.
