Perks of this gym: Clean gym, high performing equipment, wide range of workout classes and types, lots of absolute classes to choose from every week and excellent, super communicative and friendly customer experience. I took a spinning class with Suzanne and she was AMAZING. She offers a GREAT, FUN workout for any skill level. The next time I'm in town, I'm going to try to get into another class with her The owner/all of the management here was so welcoming, kind and flexible with my being a non-local guest. They take up all the space & I know they have to make a living but it's just full of really elderly people & the trainer Jill Dearmin is NOT a RN. Check the Florida Board of Nursing for Martin County & her name & Nursing # do not come up. I know a few trainers that have to be on steroids. After being out of the States seeing the steroid people are easy to point out. Some of the people still think tans are in & I see so many people there who look much older due to excessive tanning. The front desk people are very nice but I feel like I am in a time warp with all the tan, steroid people. That look with the fake nails, tans & muscles due to steroids. They have no idea how this look has been out for 15 years. Next they will be offering Ozempic. Main side effect of that injection is Thyroid Cancer. I feel bad for the people who will pass away from putting chemicals in their bodies. I did notice many of the same trainers so maybe the owner is a good guy to work for. No photos b/c I train when I go to the gym, not take photos of myself. I never saw anything like that. Next trip to the States I will be in Lake Worth & just go to the LA Fitness.

Rarely does PF bother to ensure female athletes & sports are featured. Despite a significant number of paying women customers, the obvious sexism is clear. Female customers notice & talk about it, but fear ostracism if they complain to an overwhelmingly male staff.

Upgraded to the black card because of the extra benefits you get but every single time I go to the location in Jupiter off military Trail there is no one at the front desk, which means you can't check in for any of the black card amenities. This never happens at any other Planet Fitness I have ever been to. I would understand if it was off hours and a person had run to the bathroom, but it's consistent and during the main hours of business, even during the weekend when the location is open with limited hours. Frustrating to say the least. So I find myself waiting at the front like an idiot, and when no one comes back, I just end up driving to Indiantown Road and go to that planet fitness.

We got phenomenal results in a short period of time, and genuinely looked forward to talking to him while working out. He motivated us to be our best selves in and out of the gym. It is obvious the owner could care less about the facility, Shea was the glue that stuck the gym together. The AC is constantly broken and warm, the music makes my ears bleed, the Wi-Fi is always out. I'm afraid to see what the future holds for this gym.

The "non-heated" yoga class is consistently overheated because the room is still set up for the hot class before it. --just a compromised experience every single time. That's not a scheduling issue, it's a lack of operational concern. Then there's the lighting. If you're on either side of the room, you're stuck with a bright light directly in your face the entire class. It kills focus and completely disrupts the environment. This has been brought up repeatedly, yet nothing changes--which at this point reads as indifference, not oversight. The sauna is even worse. The stone floor gets so hot it can burn your feet, while people walk in wearing sneakers--something that's both unsanitary and easily preventable if anyone enforced basic rules. On top of that, phones are allowed, which completely ruins the experience. You hear notifications, music, constant tapping--there's no quiet, no reset, no sense of calm. It defeats the entire purpose of being there. The relaxation areas aren't any better. There's no real attempt to maintain a quiet, restorative atmosphere. Noise carries, people treat it like a lounge, and the "zen" environment they advertise simply doesn't exist. And then there's the recovery area--where cost-cutting is painfully obvious. There's no staff consistently present, so if you want to use something as basic as a massage chair midday, you have to leave the third floor, go down to the fitness desk, and ask someone to turn it on. That's not convenience--that's friction built into a service you're already paying a premium for. All of this--for $330 a month. At that price point, these aren't minor complaints. They're fundamental failures. And the bigger issue is that none of this is new. These concerns have been raised over and over, and nothing changes. At some point, it stops being about the problems themselves and becomes about what the company is willing to tolerate. Right now, it's clear the standard isn't where it should be. Also, I keep being told to reach out to the management team. I have reached out to Susan more times and I can count with zero response. I don't know if this general manager position is remote but in all these years, I've only seen her once. And I don't get a response. So I have reached out to the management team with all of these concerns and absolutely nothing has ever been done.

David the trainer has boundless energy, genuine care compassion and passion for what he is doing and they both really know what they are doing and do it well!!! I was there for a free trial class to line things up for incorporating new workouts and look forward to returning in the fall. They really explained all the types of classes and the packages available in a way that was not pushy. Everyone there was focused on their workouts and the workout was easy to follow and challenging as well! The hour went so fast!

The coaches are awesome and very personable. It is very clean--yesterday, David, the head coach was vacuuming in between classes. Up until Thursday, March 5th, I would have given it 5 stars--it is my home away from home! HOWEVER.....there is a chronic problem that the owner refuses to completely resolve. About every 2 months, the AC in the workout area breaks. On Thursday, it must have been 85 degrees in the gym! I choose not to go to hot yoga. I have never had a desire to try out CrossFit. Why would I want to kill myself working out in oppressive heat? I have an unlimited membership, which means I pay $169 per month, plus extra when I sign up for a class and end up missing it. If the owner were to look into the impact of attendance on the heat, she would probably not notice a difference. We are still coming to the classes, we are just leaving early. Please don't be penny wise and pound foolish. It probably won't take me much longer to get to Orangetheory Mirasol then it does for me to get to Orange Theory Jupiter.

I also love that there are no TVs, so you can actually focus on your workout. The amenities are great--cold plunge, steam room, and dry sauna are all well maintained.
