I have taken lessons with all the instructors in the studio and they are the best in the business. They are kind, professional, and encouraging. The education program gives you a clear way to track your progress and see where you need to improve. I attend the fitness classes and the Ballroom and Rhythm classes. The classes are split into levels that a beginner and an experienced dancer can all get benefits from attending. SdeB is clearly the best studio around and if you are looking for a place to start or continue your dance education, you will not go wrong signing up here.

I attended the 8:30am class all 3 days, and immediately felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I travel a lot and drop into many gyms and I will say they have a strong sense of community (which not all gyms do). All of the members were very friendly and helpful with giving me tips on things to do and places to try while I was visiting. I had Rashad as my coach all 3 days, he was very personable and an awesome coach! As a CFL1 coach who has been doing CrossFit for 7 years, I even learned a thing or two from his coaching, and new drills for handstand walks that I'd never seen before. From beginner to advanced CrossFitters, Rashad really made sure the athletes were choosing appropriate weights and using proper form. I would absolutely recommend this gym if you are in the Pooler Savannah area! If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back!

However, everyone I've encountered has been kind and respectful, which makes a big difference. It also seems a bit cleaner than the other location--possibly due to its size and easier upkeep. When working out with a small group, the more compact layout actually makes things feel a bit cozier and more connected. ! I like the mirrors ... Lol but I can see how it can be hard for people to use the restroom/ shower because it's only 4 stalls and the toilets are in with the shower. The virtual trainers, offer 3 skill level options, you are required to spend extra on the mat and towel, to maintain safe footing in saunas, Cubbies at each sauna, keeps the 'no shoes' organized and orderly, Hotworx is Clean, cleaning wipes available at each corner of the gym. The people who go here are friendly and it's a lil community, relatively no drama. It's clean, for the most part people rerack their weights, with the exception of those lazy few. I'm rarely there when the staff are, but they seem nice when I've interacted with them. I love that our trainer who also belongs to this gym can train us here too! As a female, I've had no issues, iykyk. I really enjoy it here and have no complaints.
