The virtual trainers, offer 3 skill level options, you are required to spend extra on the mat and towel, to maintain safe footing in saunas, Cubbies at each sauna, keeps the 'no shoes' organized and orderly, Hotworx is Clean, cleaning wipes available at each corner of the gym. The manager told me it's being taken care of, but after a whole month, I was still charged the regular price. Now I'm moving and cancellation seems tricky. Apparently, you can only sign up at the studio but you CANNOT cancel your membership at the studio in person. They won't give you the cancellation form; instead you have to email the studio manager asking for the paperwork. I did, but so far no reply to my email. I'll give it 48 hours to see if she will ever reply to me. It's a bit aggravating. If you can join in and complete the paperwork in person, what on earth is preventing them from allowing you to cancel the membership and complete the paperwork in person? None other than making it difficult for you to cancel. Overall, it's a solid place. I love the classes and really like the coaches, especially coach Ashley.

Specifically, they have a 24 seven model which I don't think I have seen at any other YMCA that I have been a member of. It allows members to enter and exit the workout facilities with a digital code. This location also has steam rooms and sauna in the men's locker room, which is truly a blessing. Overall, this is a very sufficient club with a lot of variety in terms of workout machines and weights. They have an extensive aerobic room with plenty of exercise balls mats and stretch bands. The people who go here are friendly and it's a lil community, relatively no drama. It's clean, for the most part people rerack their weights, with the exception of those lazy few. I'm rarely there when the staff are, but they seem nice when I've interacted with them. I love that our trainer who also belongs to this gym can train us here too! As a female, I've had no issues, iykyk. I really enjoy it here and have no complaints.

The gym itself is very nicely setup, there's tons of space and enough machines for everyone to workout without being on top of each other. I bring their food. My dogs shot papers were never shown. My dogs are sweet socialized pets. I asked why I was charged so much Kim said the fees have increased I showed them the online price. When I picked them up they both had massive skin infections and double eye infections. See photos. They were acting weird when when I picked them up and when I took them to the dog wash (because they failed to bathe them like I requested) I noticed the trauma. They were not acting right. They would not eat or play for almost a week afterwards. Boarding is stressful enough on dogs but they definitely experienced some trauma. Bottom line if you are looking for a safe place to ensure the well being of your dog when you are gone this is not the place. Price for two dogs for 2 weeks $600 and an additional $400+ to have your dogs treated by a vet after. Side note: they insist you pay for all your boarding fees before you even drop them off! They get all there money up front! As others have said Kim is very rude and condescending.

I attended the 8:30am class all 3 days, and immediately felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I travel a lot and drop into many gyms and I will say they have a strong sense of community (which not all gyms do). All of the members were very friendly and helpful with giving me tips on things to do and places to try while I was visiting. I had Rashad as my coach all 3 days, he was very personable and an awesome coach! As a CFL1 coach who has been doing CrossFit for 7 years, I even learned a thing or two from his coaching, and new drills for handstand walks that I'd never seen before. From beginner to advanced CrossFitters, Rashad really made sure the athletes were choosing appropriate weights and using proper form. I would absolutely recommend this gym if you are in the Pooler Savannah area! If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back!
