He keeps all of your physical abilities and goals in mind as he custom designs a fitness program and adapts to your progress. No workout was ever the same as the previous one, always pushing the envelope and getting results. I lost over 20 lbs of pure fat in just 12 weeks and maintained all of my strength and muscle gains. I've been a member here for 3 months now and have watched it steadily decline, to the point I'm really disappointed I signed on for a year membership @55/month. One of the biggest issues is the state of the gym overall - it is nearly always filthy, with dirty carpets, trash cans overflowing, and dirty equipment. Much of the equipment is in disrepair; for example, there are three ellipticals and all of them are broken in some form or another. Add to that a staff that, not surprisingly, does nothing except read magazines, surf the web, and text on their phones. Not a bad gig for them, but taking a bit of time to clean and fix things up would be really helpful. I've concluded that the reason this place stays in business is because it is literally the only game in this part of town. Disappointed.

Her husband is accessible as well and is great at fixing equipment and getting things done for the facility. The front desk is a community of friends who care about one another and the gym itself.
