He is kind and listens to his patients. He stays up to date on the latest technology and treatments. The staff has always been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with my insurance claims. On the few occasions I have needed an emergency appointment I was able to get in the same day. My only complaint is the Provo office doesn't have all the newer technology that the Springville office has. Both offices are very clean and comfortable. I have always paid $30-$50 for that at other clinics--both in state and out of state. That alone should have you choose this place to receive services if they take your insurance. His office is immaculate but also great for young kids. They had some toys in the lobby for kids to play with. They also had a fully stocked changing table in the back, which came in handy since I took my five young kids with me, including a baby. They were very efficient with the exams, respecting my time, and their price is great and fair. The contact lenses I ordered were actually a better price than Costco so I am glad I can support a local rather than a bigger corporation. I have since gone back again and Dr. Clark is still amazing. I also want to comment on their wonderful receptionist who took so much of her time to contact our insurance to make sure our benefits were completely understood and helped determine the best way to go about using them to receive the most bang for our buck. My husbands glasses where ready and waiting in the office without us receiving a call. We had to call to see if they were ready only to be told they had been ready for a week. I called today and was told they would be on back order for another week and 5 days (which is basically two weeks just softening the blow). When I asked why no one had I formed us the receptionist responded with "well my coworker is right here next to me do you want me to ask her?" Instead of a simple "I apologize for the miscommunication. I assure you once they are in we will give you a call" I don't think businesses realize how much competition there is and quite frankly, I don't think they care.
