I cannot say enough good things about this place. First, every staff member has been welcoming and professional. I feel very pampered when I come in and the front desk immediately makes sure I am comfortable and offers water, etc. Secondly they offer great products and don't try to up sell me when I ask about different options. Sheena and Elise provided excellent services and created a great facial plan for me. I can already see a difference in my skin. I have some deeper wrinkle needs that cannot be fixed by topical solutions and Lisa has been a wealth of information for me and very supportive of my decisions. Buyer beware!!! My sister and I went there for Botox and I was also part of their program. The owner did our Botox personally and it is awful! She told us to come back again and even after the second time it did not work. She told us to come back a third time and finally after she put 50+ units in our fore head we decided that this was a place that honestly has NO IDEA how to do Botox. We requested a money back and to get out of their program and she sent us legal paperwork asking us not to post anything online. We decided at that point instead of getting a refund it would be better for the public to know what happens when their services are not done correctly. It is truly disappointing that the owner immediately decided to go get a lawyer and draft paperwork to figure out how to not pay us back because she did an awful job. We hope that people read this and do not have the same experience as us. read more

I went in yesterday to see scoot microneedling and had the pleasure of working with Sheena. She evaluated me very carefully and advised that due to my recent illnesses I should hold off a while until I stabilize. As soon as my weight gets back up to normal and my immune system is functioning properly, I will be back regularly. She inspired trust and truly cared about me and my results. DO NOT get Botox here. The owner Lisa did my Botox and she clearly doesn't know what she's doing. I asked for a brow lift and she did the opposite and my eyelids are droopy now. I am 27 and get preventative Botox and she was going to give me 45-50 units in my forehead. When I tried to talk her down, she said the lowest she could do was 36. Which is BS because I usually do 20-25. Unfortunately, because she put way too much in, the only thing to do is wait a few months until it wears off. I also just talked to someone yesterday that also went to Lisa for Botox that had a similar experience to me with her eyelids drooping. Any experienced injector would know not to do this and how to prevent it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for injections. read more

I received two Botox treatments at Orchard Med Spa by Lisa and I am so incredibly happy with the results. Back in California I was receiving approximately 20 units in my forehead. Lisa reduced injection sites to 14 and I have better results! Can you say amazing?! She uses a gentle vibrating pen around injection sites for practically painless injections. Terrible!!! Sorry, I have no idea where these positive reviews are coming from. DO NOT get botox here as they have no idea how to inject it the correct way. My advice is to go to a doctors office like a plastic surgeons office. It may be 13-14 a unit BUT you will see the results where here you do not. One day, I really didn't want to go to Park Meadows just to get my eyebrows done for $10, so I decided to come to Orchard Medical Day Spa and met Julia! I felt like someone they cared for instead of just another customer coming in and going out the door. The place is very clean and the staff is very attentive.
