She told me she would not correct it with clear gel because it would "take another hour and it wasn't an option" I'm shocked that instead of correcting the nails and creating a happy returning customer she said she could only instead pick a solid color to paint over it. I wanted a French tip and I will not pay $100+ for something that I did not ask for, let alone is to correct a mistaken pink base. I asked to leave mid service, and unfortunately the nails were sticky and lumpy and I know must find another salon. Ultimately, this salon is limited with color supply (this should have been expressed over the phone while booking) and the tech could have professionally corrected the colors and shape. Bummer.

They had an area with bathrooms and a locker area for me to lock up my personal items and change into comfy flip flops. I was then led to the waiting area which had 2 areas to choose from- a complementary foot bath or an area with spacious lounge chairs that had a zen garden and books. I opted for the foot bath where the workers brought out a delicious tea that immediately relaxed me. When my esthetician was ready for me, she brought me to a private room with a heated blanket for me to settle into, and explained everything in good detail before we got started so I knew what to expect beforehand, without many interruptions of talking during. The facial was fantastic and my skin was lifted and glowing afterwards. I felt very well taken care of without being rushed. Afterwards, I was brought out to the same waiting area with a headed neck and shoulder pad for me to relax and take my time to leave when I'm ready.
