I am 18 weeks pregnant and hadn't had a massage In about 4 months, I was so excited and looking forward to this. First off.. she put my face cradle straight into a pillow so there was no face hole or available air to breathe. I had to keep lifting my head to get oxygen. I had also told her to please give some focus on my hands and feet, my hands were not touched and she only massaged my right leg and foot and totally ignored the right. This is where it gets good. Being 18 weeks (second trimester) I can't lay on my back. I figured someone who offers prenatal massage would understand that. She not only argued with me about it, but she didn't have anything in the room to lift me up at all. She kept trying to tell me I was perfectly safe to lay on my back and finally offered me a neck pillow. This is the point I wish I would have just walked right out. Eventually I came up with a solution (that wasn't even comfy for me) just to get the massage on track. I did pay her for this service and it didn't sit well with me at all. Unfortunately the technician said that it was my fault and that I should have told her I didn't want pink. She told me she would not correct it with clear gel because it would "take another hour and it wasn't an option" I'm shocked that instead of correcting the nails and creating a happy returning customer she said she could only instead pick a solid color to paint over it. I wanted a French tip and I will not pay $100+ for something that I did not ask for, let alone is to correct a mistaken pink base. I asked to leave mid service, and unfortunately the nails were sticky and lumpy and I know must find another salon. Ultimately, this salon is limited with color supply (this should have been expressed over the phone while booking) and the tech could have professionally corrected the colors and shape. Bummer.

I have rescheduled 3 times because the floats were out of service due to motor repairs. The last call I received to reschedule now SEPTEMBER was told that it takes a couple of weeks for the repair to be completed. My question is if it takes a couple of weeks why didnt you tell me that the 1st time I rescheduled? They also called me to "schedule" an appointment the 2nd time because apparently their system had a glitch and I wasn't on the schedule and the motors for the floats were down. Anyways I finally arrive for my appt on Saturday and I have never felt so UNDERVALUED. No one welcomed me at all once the girl came back from the back with a customer. But out comes one of the employees who does botox from the back to find me on the schedule and I wasn't there for Saturday but I was there for Sunday.
