I was fascinated to hear that their wax was custom-made, free of parabens, and their patent formula leads directly at the end of the hairline, and not on the skin. What helped me get through the pain was having the image of ripping off a Band-Aid in one quick motion. This is an honest review, and I'm going to say that getting a wax you will experience and amount of pain but it's not insurmountable. If you have a high pain tolerance, it's no problem. I was late to the party and couldn't find anyone to do our makeup as they were all booked. I found Erica and gave her a call and although she had a wedding booked later in the day she offered to get up early and accommodate our bridal party.
