i'm upset that i couldn't give this place zero stars, i came here to get my eyebrows waxed and she did them way thinner than i requested, she used scissors to cut my eyebrows and she was up there for like 10 minutes with the tweezers and i still have stray hairs everywhere. the best part of it all is that when i got home i noticed a glob of wax in my hair and she didn't even tell me! They did a great job with the nail art I asked for. They rarely ever make you wait for too long. The gentleman really listens to what you want and don't want, the wife does a great job at pedicures. Saw a recommendation on Nextdoor and decided to give them a try. I've been to the location before when it was under different management. My daughter and I went as an early celebration for my birthday. I had a pedicure and a gel nail polish change and my daughter got a gel manicure. Total for all services was $75. I ran up on this place about four months ago looking to get my nails done. I was looking for glitz nails when I found this place and I'm really glad that I went in because that's when I met Trina and her lovely husband and he does my nails for me.He can do anything you ask him to do I have never paid over $40 to get my nails done since I've been here. I went here because my regular salon couldn't take me when I need to get in, but I won't be going back. I was surprised when I checked out that they had up charged for the shape I wanted and to put tips on. This is all included in the price of dips where I usually go. read more

I really enjoyed visiting this salon. Its smaller than some of the other ones I have been too but there's less chemical smells in the air. The two employees there were really kind and got to me in a timely manner. I'm a nail bitter and I've been to salons that shame me for the habit, but there wasn't any mention of that here, which I am thankful for. There were people walking in to get either a pedicure or a manicure in the 30 minutes I was there, which is a great sign, and even repeat customers, that the couple recognized. The people were good, listened, polite and hospitable. My pedi was good, but things went out of order than other pedis I've had. The polish over lapped my nail or didn't fully cover the sides. It stayed on for a very long time though. My nails...nope. Bad. They lifted two days later, they were not shaped well: flat tops, thick, no pretty nail curve. I wasn't happy at all. Also, the powder didn't cover the entire nail on some. The did a great job on my daughter's nails though and her hello kitty design was fabulous. I might go back for a pedi, but not for my nails. read more

Great value and prompt service. You won't find excessive fancy-shmany posh decor, but you also won't find a long wait. The lovely girl that does my nails is gentle and thorough. I get my nails dipped at the affordable price of $35 and they last for about 4 weeks. read more

This place was horrible. I came in to get a fill and a polish change on my toes. I only came here because the other nail shop I had been going to was booked and I needed my nails done that day. The lady tried to get me to get a pedicure but I declined. She did ok on my toes but when it came to my hands she was horrible. I explained that another nail shop gave me a fungus and she acted like she was scared to touch that nail. She said she would have the guy check it out but he was busy with someone else so he never came over. She filled all my nails except that one and when she filled all the other nails she had no blue liquid to use and kept dabbing on some liquid sponge that was blue. She was very timid the whole time like she didn't know what to do. I asked if she knew what she was doing and she didn't say anything. She didn't put the no lift stuff before doing my fill, then she didn't let the acrylic dry so when she filed my nails she basically remove all the acrylic she had just put on my nails. I asked again what she was going to do with the nail with the fungus and she says she doesn't know she's waiting on him the other worker. Anyway she eventually worked on the nail, it was broken so she put a new nail and it isn't even the same length as all my other nails and she didnt even file the sides of the nail to make it narrow like all the others. So now this one finger looks stupid. Needless to say I'll never ever go here again and now I'm taking my nails off. She did a horrible job. If I could give this place a zero I would. And one of my nails broke the next day. Oh and they had hole in the floor where the pedicure chair probably should have been over for drainage but it was exposed and smelled horrible. I had to sit next to that while she did my toes and I told her that it stinks and smells like a sewer and she just looked at it and said nothing. How disgusting!! I read all the reviews and decided to give this place a try, from the sound of it I should of paid more attention to the negatives on this one. I was not impressed with the condition of the salon. Furniture/tool carts/ interior where old and a big turn off when it comes to "me time", no relaxation vibes whatsoever. Even the pedi chairs only worked for a few minutes at a time and you had to start them up again. Worst part was seeing a big roach mid-pedi. That was a first and will be the last. So my pedicure was NOT a walk-in I called and booked and when I arrived I still had to wait 20 min then when she finally started on mine a couple showed up and where assigned to her.... now she's overbooked PLUS the other person after me. The NEXT 10 min was a pedicure I could of done myself! She rushed so she could get to the next clients. The entire pedicure was Half Assed. No foot,rub hot towels and the scrub was on one sec and off the next. It was a waste. I felt even more upset when the lady was through and she was taking drink orders from the couple when I was never asked once if I'd like anything, my polish was thin in some spots and I even tried to fix it and she said if my toe was not flat the paint runs off of it.... sureeee. She only did one coat in her rush to finish mine. So basically only two employees and quantities are more important than quality.... and the people this place works for great, but if you expect a relaxing experience and great service DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Unfortunately it would not let me leave zero stars! My daughter in I came in today, i got a pedicure and she got a dip set. First of all when they fill my tub up for the pedicure it was cold water and I was left sitting there for atleast 10 mins in just plain ole cold water, I couldn't even get a bath salt dropped in! My daughter chose a light to medium pink and silver sparkle aumbre. They where horrible!!!! The pink powder looked all blotchy and you could see through it, the amount of pink going down the nails where not even, her nails where crooked (and no her natural nails are not that way) and the lengths didn't match up!!! When we tried to explain this the lady who took over her nails acted all mad at us and saying go to his booth and tell him what is wrong not me! I told her well I can't tell him because he left and you are here. He walked back in and started raising his voice to me when we asked him to just remove the nails so we can go. He started yelling at me and saying the pink works on sculptured nails, not dip (even though this was one of the options for dip) I asked him did you explain that to her before you began? He said NO! Well how could she know that if you didn't explain it to her. Now my daughter is sitting there crying as he is silently and aggressively removing her nails with this scowl on his face! I wish I could post a picture of the look on his face! I've been getting my nails done for many many years and it has truly been a long time since we have been treated so bad! I don't under stand how they have a 4.7 rating! I hope others are not treated the way we have been!! read more

First time visit Saturday morning. A gentleman did an excellent job on my nails. Received a great eyebrow wax! I will return.

I was very excited to try this salon since it is so close to home. After reading the reviews here, I went in and asked for Vivian. Apparently she no longer works there, and hasn't for several months. There were three employees there and they all had some reaction to my request, seemed a little offended. Anyway, the guy working there did my nails. When he was trimming the plastic tips (for an acrylic set), he made one of them crooked, and when I pointed this out to him, he made the comment "you want Vivian to do your nails?" Once he cut the plastic tips and I examined them, I noticed that he left air between my nail and the plastic. I pointed this out to him, and he said that was just the glue, and then asked me when was the last time I had my nails done, as to imply I didn't know what I was talking about. So now I have to go buy nail glue to fill in the gaps that he left to prevent bacteria from getting between my nail and the tips. Overall it was fair quality for the price but I have had better customer service. read more
