I asked about the pricing because during my previous visit I was charged extra for the length and shape of my nails, even though my set was short. He asked me to wait while he checked, came back, gave me a brief explanation, and I told him that was fine. I then chose my color and waited for someone to come and actually do my nails. No one ever came. Eventually, I got up, took the paper they use to prepare the nail service, and left. What was most disappointing was that no one even asked why I was leaving or offered any explanation. I understand that salons can get busy, but if there was going to be a wait, I would have appreciated being told upfront. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing, especially since I had called ahead to make sure there was no wait. I let them know what I wanted done to my hands & feet, and they gave me a price. The lady who did my nails was friendly, and offered me drinks. When I was done getting my nails & feet done and went to the front to pay, they charged me $15 more than what they originally quoted me for the exact same service on my hands . I guess they wanted to compensate themselves for the drinks, but tried to say it was because of the shape & type of nails I got? (I asked for short, square acrylic nails because I'm a new mom) It was odd, but I didn't argue it. While the nail bar and service are welcoming and amiable, they might want to spend more time perfecting their craft. Less than a week later, just days after Mother's Day and I was already missing 3 nails because my nails began lifting & broke off. Disappointing as ever.

I loved the pedi foot and leg massage. Service is fast, but good. I felt relaxed the entire time I was there. They offer non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Both my mani and pedi are very professional looking. Honestly, this is the best dip nail polish I've had in Fort Worth. I like "short, natural looking" dipped nails. I've tried a few spots in Fort Worth, and all of them have botched that look except for this place. Prices were good considering the professionalism and high quality of services.
