First off- you lay down on the most comfortable chair with optional heating (I seriously fall asleep every time) in her suite that has aromatics and whatever music you want to listen to. Not only was she super accommodating and sweet (I returned back to school in two days and she still managed to fit me in), but she does a FANTASTIC job! I didn't even know my lashes were that long! After my experience I can say Kia deserves every single rave review on here! As a newbie with lashes, my main concern was to make sure I went to someone extremely professional and clean. Kia is both of those things, in addition to being very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating to her clients. I also didn't want lashes that looked super fake and heavy. I want lashes that look natural, a mascara look. I want people to be like "are those your real lashes?!"
